Mark's Story

Mark's P.O.V

I didn't know what I was thinking. I kissed a girl that I barely met and I am already falling in love. She makes me forget about my past.

When I was in 3rd grade, my parents abused me. I would be their goto when they were angry and drunk. In 5th grade, my family and I were going to Taiwan to visit my grandparents, dad side, but there was a crash.

I knew why and how.

Myself and others were the only survivors from the crash. My parents weren't one of those survivors. When I began middle school, I met this boy. He had an amazing laugh, which I called Hyena laugh, and big, brown eyes. I fell in love with him. Yes I am gay. Or should I say was. He suddenly disappeared in the first year of high school, and I began to get bullied for being gay.

That was the start of my whole life plunging downwards.

Ever since I met Lizzie, he was going to the back of my mind. When we were "studying" I couldn't help but to lean in to kiss her soft lips.

I arrived at my apartment. I lived alone since my parents are dead. Leaving my stuff in my bedroom, I went to take a bath. Lizzie. Lizzie. She is all I could think about.

I finished taking my bath and began to do my homework, until I heard a knock on my window.

Lizzie's P.O.V.

I can't believe it. I can't BELIEVE it! I CAN'T BELIEVE IT!! Mark kissed me! I began to get all giddy and skipped home with a huge grin on my face.

"Lizzie! Don't run upstairs or your going to get hurt!" my mother yelled. I went straight to my bedroom and started to jump up and down with excitement.

After about an hour of fangirling, I began to do my homework, thinking about Mark. I fell asleep with the feeling of Mark's lips still lingering on mine.
