Mac's POV.😳😡

I woke up to laughing. 'What the f*ck is going on!!??' I thought to myself. I staggered to the window and opened my eyes. This car with kids from my school was driving by and the kids were all laughing. 'WTF?' I thought again. I looked down to the driveway. "WHAT THE HELL?" I screamed.

My friking car and motorcycle were PINK!!!!! I'm going to kill who ever did this!!!!! Then it dawned on me, if the car just drove by, I'm really late!!!!

I looked at the time and it was 8:15 and school started at 8:20! I mean I'm not such a goody-goody, that I have I be at school on time, but my parents will kill me if I get into anymore trouble.

I ran to my dresser to pull out some clothes, only to find there were none! Someone stole all my clothes!!! Now I'm really pissed off! 'Shit, I'm gonna have to go to school in sleep pants and a t-shirt!' I thought.

I ran downstairs and jumped on my bike, even though it was now pink! I sped to school and ran inside.

Everyone was already in class, so I headed to my locker to get my books. I walked to my locker and 'WTF IT'S PINK TOO????' I almost screamed!

It was bright pink with Justin Bieber as 1D posters all over it! I yanked it open and a note fell out. I crouched down and picked it up. It had a big heart on it and in the inside it said "Hi Mac! Did you like your little surprise? Well I did! Guess what.......................... Paybacks a Bitch! And Revenge is SWEET! Have fun being late!

WTF! When I read the ending I couldn't help thinking of a certain day a couple years ago....

***********FLASHBACK************

I watched her as she ran around the yard giggling. Today was her 11th birthday, so we were hanging out like we do everyday!

"Mac! Come on Mac n Cheese!!! It's my birthday Macky-poo! Come run with me!!!!!!"

"What?? Hey! Don't call me that and I know it is Evie! That's why we are are here! We come here every year with your family for your birthday!" I said as I got up to go run after my best friend Evie.

(Later that day)

We were laying on her bed at the cabin. We were just laying there taking.

"Don't ever leave me Mac ok?" Evie whispered.

"Of course I won't Evie! Why would you even think I would?!" I said startled by her crazy question.

"Well I'm a nerd and you are popular, I just don't want to lose you!"She said quietly.

"Don't worry Evie, I won't ever leave you, I promise!" I whispered back and she laid her head on my chest. We fell asleep like that and we left the next morning.

A month later, I broke that promise. Lets just say I heard something I didn't like and I stopped talking to her and this kid Logan.

I stalked into class and the teacher gave me 3 detentions for being late, for not having my homework, and for not being dressed properly. I groaned and sat down in my seat.

Throughout the day, people made fun of me. Now I understood how the nerds felt. 'Mental note: stop making fun of people'

Surprisingly I didn't see Evie the whole day until Science. I walked in and glanced around.

There she was..........sitting at her desk talking to Halley, Melissa, and Kaleigh. I was about to walk over when the bell rang and the teacher walked in. We sat down and she started the lesson.

Evie's POV.😫

I haven't seen Mac yet but he's in my Science class so I'm about to. Right on time he walked into the classroom and immediately found me. I quickly started talking to the girls so he wouldn't come over. The bell rang and class started. I let out a sigh of relief.

I'm not afraid of him, I just don't want to deal with my Ex- Best Friend. In the middle of class, a paper ball hit my books and I looked up. I picked up the ball and un-crumpled it. It said "Thanks so much CLAIRE! I ABSOLUTLY loved your surprise! (Note the sarcasm) I just want to let you know that like you said 'Paybacks a bitch, like you!
