Chapter 14: Girls Night Out Part 1
Evie's POV.
Sunday~
I woke this morning from a pretty bad day.
I saw one of my best friends with someone that I used to know. I distract myself from getting deeper. Deeper in thought.
The way....
No Evie!!!! Stop!!!
Anyways, I have to meet Logan, my used to be middle school friend that I have to admit was pretty cute. But when high school started he kind of ditched me and became popular.
All my used to be friends left me for popularity except for Kaleigh. She was the only friend I could ever fully trust and she knows every secret of mine. She is like a sister to me. I haven't seen her in these past two weeks outside of school. It was truly killing me. And I don't know of I should tell Halley about how make and I became to hate each other. Kaleigh would be able to help me, with everything that's going on.
I want to tell Halley about it but I just can't. The problem is that....
I'm not even sure.
That's why I need Kaleigh her.
I got up rom under my covers and got dressed. I decided on a white bubble skirt and a green and white striped short sleeve shirt. I put my brushed my hair and put it up in a loose bun. Thank God a couple of my locks that Mac decided to cut four inches shorter than the rest were starting to even more out with the rest of my hair.
I put on my white toms and a jean vest.
I brushed my teeth and ate cereal. After I finished cereal I hung out waiting for the door bell go ring since it was almost ten.
Ding.... Dong!!!
I open the door to.... Logan!! What a surprise- not.
"Hi Logan," I say showing no expression.
"Hi Evie," He says with that classic smirk.
~~~~~~~~~
We were in the living room brainstorming when I received a text from Kaleigh.
'Girl Night!!! You, me, Melissa, & Halley! The movies tonight!! 7pm meet at my house.
~ Kaleigh'
"Your going to the movies?!?" Logan asks me.
"Yes," I said.
"Can I come?!?" Logan asks me with curiosity.
"I'm sorry. It's kind of a girls night," I say.
Now why would I ever let this ditching, backstabbing, bitch come to the movies with me?
I would never.
"Please.... It will be like it used to be when we were in middle school!" He stresses this even further. BITCH!!!!
"NO!" I shout.
"Why not?!? It's not like you or I are dating anyone. We're just friends. Old friends who have'nt talked in a while. I am sorry. I miss you and Kaleigh so much. We should start to hang out again. Especially since I never got to know Melissa that well or Halley."
Because I don't want you to know them well!
"Fine. Just shut up already."
That 🐝itch.
"Ok do you want me to pick you up?!?" He asks.
No," I say in frustration," just drive to Kaleigh's. You know where that is? Do you?"
Ok so I'll go to her house for seven.
"Yup," I say popping the 'p'.
~~~~~~~~
Two hours of brain storming and no fricking idea later....
"What the hell should we do our project on?!?" I ask in complete frustration.
"Errrr. Do you want to come over to mine tomorrow so that we can have time to think about it?"
"Sure."
Well isn't that great?!?
