Evie's POV.

 The days when you'd eat your favorite ice cream with your friends. A tradition I kept on and practically did with all my friends, even Savannah. And what happened between us still leaves me confused. I never really understood why she shows such a malice side to me. All of a sudden she hates me. The only thing I said is that my brother should be careful around her. I mean she was my best friend. I just didn't want this to effect any one of our relationships. I get that I was a bit selfish at the time. Sometimes you have to be selfish for a reason. Maybe it's to protect people. Maybe it's just a thing that happens in life that you have no control over. But it happened for the best. Colton's happier than ever and dating Melissa. To be honest, I actually didn't expect that, but i think they're cute together.

Like Mac said the bell of our house rang about twenty minutes later.

My brother must have opened the door or atleast I hope he did.

I heard the sound of crutches along with a separate pair of footsteps. Must be Colton too.

I heard a knock on my bedroom door. "It's Mac, can I come in?" I heard Mac's velvet voice.

"Come in," I said glancing up from the halfway eaten tub of Chunkey Monkey. Whoops. Hadn't realized I ate so much. It's not like i ate dinner. Then again this was my dinner.

Mac opened the door and not only stood him but someone who wasn't Colton.

Weather has been pants lately:( I really tried to find the time to write a long chapter but I I kept trying and thought about how I wanted to write it and thought to left it at a cliff hanger for now.
