Chapter 26 - Hell~part 2

"Is he?" I murmured.

"No, but he will be if you don't do as I say."

"What do you want."

.....

"What do I want?" Ryan repeated, "Huh." He laughed disbelievingly. "Ever since the first kidnapping that failed, I've been trying and trying again. The first time was foiled. Foiled by your mother. And she died because she did." He laughed.

I was stunned. I couldn't move. All my thoughts running through my head. My head pounded.

"What did you do to her." I whispered.

"Marina?" He asked. "Why, I sliced her side and she died from loss of blood. The most fun I've had." He laughed menacingly.

The dream came back to me. No. No. This. What? No. Tears drowned me.

"What do I want, you ask me. I want you to die." He yelled.

Logan's POV

"Damn it Logan!" Skandar yelled and bashed a hole through the wall of his house.

"Ugh." I groaned.

"How could you lose her!" He yelled.

"I was shot Skandar!" I screamed. "If it wasn't for Tyler, I would have died!" I yelled.

"Will you guys. Shut. UP!" Screeched Anna. "I come back from my interview, and the first thing I find out is that my best friend is gone!"

"Everyone shut up and think." Cried Tyler. "She is in danger and squabbling like children isn't going to help!"

"What do you suggest, genius." Muttered Skandar.

Tyler shot him a look, "This has happened twice right?" Skandar and I nodded. "There must be some kind of connection, because the last time failed, thanks to Ms Henley."

"She died in Georgie's place. It wasn't any good. Why did this have to happen." I whispered and winced from the pain.

"Someone wants something." Tyler tried.

"Money." I piped immediately.

"Money." Skandar repeated. "She's loaded, and she'll get more when she.. Inherits it!"

"The inheritance!" We all screamed.

"And who would it benefit if she is in any trouble?" Tyler asked.

"The stepmonsters." Skandar and I whispered.

"Oh no." Anna murmured. "Any ideas on where she may be!?" She panicked.

"I won't know." I said.

"Me neither." Skandar replied.

I started pacing, my wound stinging. Think. Think. Think. Where would she be. But nothing came to mind.

"Gerran's been missing. Eleanor's been acting weird." I stated. "I think, I think Eleanor's the person who's been messing with Georgie."

Anna's phone pinged and she glanced at the screen. "Nina."

"Nina's gone too. Do you think?" Tyler said.

"She's sent me something." Anna cried.

"What'd she send?" I asked.

"Her position." She replied.

"Let's go!" Skandar picked up his keys and started running.

"What? Where?" Tyler yelled after him.

"Nina's with Eleanor who's with Gerran. And Gerran's been kidnapped by Ryan and Georgie's with him!" Skandar yelled back.

"How'd he think that out." Anna stated.

"He's smarter than you think." Tyler smirked. "Let's go."

He walked around me, sharpening his knife. It was seriously freaking me. I can't process all this. Arrrrrrrgggggggghhhh.
