Chapter 57 Seattle

Shawn' POV

After the talk Madisyn and I had, I've been thinking about my future. So many people want to do so many things before settling down. Such as traveling the world, finding a great job, and so many other things. I've done those, and I will do them over again. I know my future is bright, and I know it is going to include Madisyn.

So many people search for their soul mate, but I am hundred percent positive Madisyn is mine. From the moment I laid eyes on her I knew she was the one, and when I was stupid to let her slip through my fingers I hated myself.

I want to do something to make sure our future is guaranteed together, but I know it's not the right time for anything big.

Geoff sent me a quick good-bye as he opened his hotel door next to me. Geoff went with me this morning to the Starbucks since he was up.

I walked into the hotel holding the Starbucks coffee and morning pastries, and quietly closed the door making sure I wouldn't wake her up if she is sleeping. I peeked around the corner to look at her laying on the bed.

She laid there on her phone focused on the screen as she scrolled through something.

I walked towards the bed wearing a smile, and she noticed my presence. "Hi princess, how did you sleep?" I asked sitting down next to her, and giving her a kiss.

"I slept great," she smiled putting her hair in a pony tail.

"I brought you some breakfast," I smiled handing her one of the small bags, and her Frappe.

"Mm," she hummed accepting the breakfast.

I took my shoes off of my feet, and sat up against the headrest. Before grabbing my food, I used the remote to turn on the TV to the news. I know old school, but weather. I grabbed my food, and started eating the muffin I got for myself.

Madisyn' POV

I moved my body towards Shawn, and sat against his side. Our shoulders rested on each other as we ate the easy breakfast. My croissant was flaky like I liked them.

"Do you have your outfits for the award show?" Shawn asked taking a drink of his green tea.

I have been getting message from Jamie about outfits for the performance since it was a last minute announcement. I can't make up my mind between these two dress, but eventually I will. They will have to fit me the day of. So that means my day will start extra early.

"Yeah I have one picked out. I need to find my performance one.. I want a long dress that flows on the bottom for the performance."

"Oh so you are wearing a dress like that. I am guessing this is kind of a slow song?" He asked smirking as if her knew.

"Shut up Mendes," I laughed playfully shoving his shoulder. "It is my new song Nick helped me write. It was an easy song to write since I had a great inspiration behind it."

"What was it Nick? I knew I shouldn't of talked about you to him," he playfully pouted.

I laughed at him messing around, and playfully poked his cheek before giving him a kiss in the same spot.

It is going to be a slow day, but as of now we have to get packed up to leave in three hours. We came up with a plan since yesterday we didn't get to explore as much as we wanted today before we leave we will go out a little more.

Yesterday we went to the Space Needle, and walked around a couple shop downtown with Geoff. Today we decided to go to the very first original Starbucks and Pike Place Market. Nothing too much, but some fun adventures. From there we walk back to the hotel, and get on the bus for Santa Clara.
