Chapter 60 Midnight Drives

"Wake up little adults!"

My body awoke to Andrew yelling at us to wake up. After two hours of sleep I'm not ready to get up. I just hope Matt is here or almost her because right now all I want to do is sleep.

Shawn groaned, and moved his arm off of my waist. I threw my legs over the side of the bunk, and let them dangle as I stretched my arms.

"Hurry let's go," Shawn told me.

I stood up, and started gathering all my stuff. It looked like Andrew already had all the luggage from under the bus outside.

My phone got slid into the side of my bag, and my guitar got swung on my back. With my flip flops on my feet I made my legs move towards the door.

"I'm going outside," I yawned to Shawn.

I didn't wait for his respond, and walked outside to the parking lot forcing my eyes to stay open.

I stood there letting my eyes wonder around for Matt's car hoping we wasn't far away.

"Loser!" I turned towards the name, and saw my brother standing not far away laughing.

"Aw," I responded putting my hand over my heart. "That's the nicest thing you have ever called me."

Both of us started walking towards each other, and eventually hugged.

I breathed out happily as I hugged my brother. It's been too long. Okay not really, but I missed him.

I heard Shawn saying Matt's name as he got closer. Matt and I released from the hug, and Matt and Shawn bro hugged.

"Well if it isn't Shawn Mendes!" Matt laughed.

"Nice to see you again Matt."

Matt threw an arm around me, and squeezed me with his arm as he spoke, "how were the birthdays?"

"They were good Shawn bought me froyo," I smirked.

"I did."

Shawn and I both decided to grab our bags, and leave home instead of standing around catching up with Matt in a parking lot to a hotel.

We both walked the few feet to grab our bag while we told the guys bye. It won't be long till we see them again. Which I am really excited for the Greek show.

I grabbed my bags, and followed Shawn as Matt to the running vehicle. Matt grabbed our bags, and threw them in. Shawn and I got into the back seat since the front was occupied by a sleeping Kaylee.

Matt pulled out of the parking spot, and we waved as we passed Andrew and Tom.

I looked over at Shawn who closed his eyes. Poor boy is probably so tired. I moved my body close to his, and wrapped my arms around him. My head rested against him, and he moved his arms to wrap around me.

The music played softly in the background. Matt kept his eyes on the road, and one hand holding Kaylee's hand. Lights passed through the window, and the city was awake.

Shawn's chest moved with his breathing, and light snores escaped his pink lips as he slept. I tried blocking out most of the music to listen to Shawn's heartbeat. It made a beautiful harmony as it beat.

My mind wondered around all of my thoughts, and all of my upcoming events. I have so much to do in the next month. Most of it involves me lacking sleep.

"Matt I need to talk to you about something," I lightly whispered making sure I didn't wake the sleepers.

"What is it?" He asked.
