A/N: I changed what she is singing for the award show. Sorry for the late updates. I've been trying to take care of myself, and I just got back from vacation with no service.
"And the winner for Choice Summer Movie is.." She slowly opened the envelope as Shawn and I squeezed each others hands waiting for the name to be called.
Everyone worked so hard on making this movie happened, and in the end it turned out so great. I am so glad I was able to be part of it. Also if Paper Towns wins this award it will be my third award of the night. I already got Choice Movie break out star and Choice summer actress. I was nominated for Choice Female Hottie, but I didn't win the award. Which I am fine with. I have already got so many awards tonight.
After this award I get ready to perform. The only thing that sucks is once I get back Shawn won't be here. He has to leave right after I am done to get ready for his show. He tonight has already won an award for choice web star which he was nominated up against Jack and Jack for.
"Paper Towns!" I jumped up letting out a small squeal. I gave Matt and Kaylee both a hug on my left, and turned to Shawn on my right. He gave me a big hug, and gave me a small kiss on my lips.
"Go get your award," he smiled.
I waved as I walked down the isle way until I met up with Nat. We both engulfed each other in a hug. "We did it!" I shouted hugging him tighter. He laughed, and we both started walking up the path to the stage. We gave high fives to all the hands sticking out towards us. I would smile at some of the people.
Jake T. Austin and Victoria Justice stood by the microphone clapping as they waited for us. I gave Jake a hug and kiss on the cheek while Nat did the same with Victoria.. We both switched, and Nat grabbed the surf board.
"Go ahead and do the speech you are good at them," Nat told me.
"Wow this is such an honor. Nat and I had so much fun with this movie. To be able to be working with an amazing cast and crew was an honor. John Green wrote an amazing book, and Jake Schreier brought it to life. Sadly the rest of the cast couldn't be here tonight, but they did say thank you to everyone who watched it." I stood to the side, and let Nat thank everyone else.
"We want to thank the cast, crew, John Green, Jake Schreier, Scott Neustadter, Michael H. Weber, producers Marty Bowen and Wyck Godfrey, 20th Century Fox, and everyone who watched it." Together we thanked everyone one last time before we exited the stage together filled with happiness and smiles.
"This is so freaking awesome!" I squealed as we passes the camera entering the whole backstage experience.
People were scrambling around mostly workers. Other people were conversating with others; example Shay Mitchell and Ashely Benson. It didn't take long for Jamie to find my smiley self. She looked at ease after the whole last minute switching song situation.
"Congratulations you two, well earned award," she smiled. "Sorry Nat but I have to take her away. It's time to get ready for her performance."
"Bye Nat," I smiled giving him a hug.
"Good luck Maddie."
I followed Jamie to my dressing room occasionally stopping to talk to some people.
It's so funny thinking that I worked with Nat Wolff. Like I was a little seven year old sitting at home watching The Naked Brothers Band on Nickelodeon. Which I had a huge crush on Nat. Now I am accepting awards with him.
"Nick is two dressing rooms down, so once you are done getting dressed I'll go get him," Jamie told me sitting on the couch.
Rose casually motioned for me to sit in the chair which I obeyed. She touched up just a couple things, and reapplied the lipstick to give it a fresh look.
