Sam's P.O.V.

"Make a single noise, and I pull the trigger."

As soon as those words had left the man's mouth, my entire body froze. I made sure to keep my mouth shut tightly so I wouldn't accidentally scream and die. "Okay, now come with us." He said. I nodded my head and followed some other guy while the guy with the gun followed from behind me.

After a while, when we were deep into the alleyway, I was put under a light. All I could see was this one guy who was in front of me, but I couldn't make out who it was. "Hello Samuel." He said. I just stood there, shocked. How the hell does he know my full name? I thought. "Uh, h- hi.." I responded with. I wanted to really ask 'Who the hell are you?', but I decided not to since these guys had loaded guns on them. When the man walks out, I really regret following what Grian told me to do. There, standing right in front of me was Yakuza Karu himself. Oh gord.. Was playing over and over in my head. "Uh, hi, M- Mr.Karu." I stuttered. "Hello, Sam. By any chance, have you seen my daughter?" He asks. Now that I think about it.. I haven't seen Yuki at all today.. Weird.. "No, I actually haven't seen her.." I told him. He gives me a 'I'm not buying that' look a gets one of his men by his side. "Look, Sam. I don't want to hurt you, really, I don't. But if you don't tell me where my daughter is, I won't have a choice but to do exactly just that." He tells me as one of his men put a gun in his hand. Oh gord, please no! I think as I stare at the gun, terrified. "So, if you tell me where my little Princess is, I won't hurt you. Okay?" He asks. "Mr.Karu, you have to believe me! I swear I haven't seen her since last night with that Mark guy!" I try to explain. He just shakes his head, points the gun at my foot, and pulls the trigger. I try extremely hard to restrain myself from screaming, because I knew that would just cause more shots to be fired. I hiss in pain. Karu smirks. "Sam, this could all be avoided if you would just tell me where my daughter is!" He yells at me. I feel a tear escape my eye, falling onto my cheek because I know that I'm about to be shot at a couple more times. "I'm sorry, but I really don't know!" I cry out. Karu aims the gun again, and shoots my already injured arm. I start sobbing. "Sam, just tell me where she is and this will all stop!" He says in a hushed, calm voice. "I swear, Karu! I haven't the slightest idea of where she is!" I yell in between my cries. Karu once again aims the gun, and shoots. I don't know where he exactly shot, because I could feel serious amounts of pain shooting all around my body. The last thing I'm aware of is Karu telling his men to do something, and then him slapping my face with his gun extremely hard, causing me to black out.

"Go ahead and get ready to take him back to him house. We'll leave Sam's little friend a surprise at their door." Karu told his men. Sam was unable to comprehend what he had said, due to all of the pain he was feeling. Karu then slapped Sam extremely hard across his face, causing Sam to black out. "Come, on, lets hurry. I don't want anyone seeing us." Karu whispered. His men nodded their heads and picked Sam up.

"Alright, put him down." Karu demanded. His men dropped Sam on the floor, so he landed with a small thud. "And now, a note." He said to nobody.

Read this, and read this good. If you don't want anything else like this to happen to your little friend, Sam, then you better find my daughter. Understand? Good.

Karu finished writing the note and placed it gently on Sam. As the others began to head back to their headquarters, Karu knocked a few times before going to join his men. "They better find my little princess."

When Grian opened the front door, he gasped. He saw a shot, bleeding Sam laying unconscious on the ground right in front of him. "Oh my gord, Sam!" He cried, falling to his knees. He gently picked Sam's body up and placed his head on him lap. Please let there be a pulse.. Grian thought, terrified. Luckily, there still seemed to be one, but it was slowing down fairly quickly. He quickly picked Sam up bridal style and ran all the way to the hospital.

When he reached the hospital, Grian cried out. "Please help me! My friend's dying!!" This caught the attention of many nurses. Multiple came to get Sam to a room. After a while, Sam was being checked out by a few doctors. It had been nearly an hour before they came out. "Your friend Sam is alright. Just make sure he doesn't put too much pressure on his right foot or left shoulder. And especially make sure that he doesn't make any fairly quickly turns because he took a bullet to the stomach. Luckily, it didn't seem to do too much damage to him." One of them said. Grian started crying tears of joy when he heard this news. The doctor let him in, and Grian closed the door behind him. Grian have Sam a small kiss on his forehead before sinking into a chair. Eventually, Grian drifted off into dream land.

When Grian woke up, Sam was still sleeping soundly. Grian got up and placed a small kiss on Sam's lips. It was supposed to be short, but something told him to make longer. So he did. Just then, Sam muttered a name, only it wasn't Grian's. "Taurtis...." That was the name that Grian's little rabbit had said under his breath. This caused him to pull away. Wait, what? He thought. I thought he liked me, not that stupid son of a bitch. Grian shook his head as he felt something wet fall on his cheek. He knew exactly what it was. He wiped away the tear and ran out of the hospital and back towards Sam's house.

When Grian approached the front door, he found a small note laying there. When he picked it up and read it, he shut his eyes tightly and crumbled the paper with the hand he was holding it in. Grian just threw the paper aside and ran into the house,a slammed door following him. How could this have this had happened? Grian thought as he lets few more tears escape his from his eyes. How could the guy that I have liked and longed for for so long not like me, but instead like someone I hate? It confused him, but Grian knew that as long as Sam was happy, then he would be, too. Well, he should be, anyways. Grian rested his head on the armrest of the couch and ended up falling back asleep.

When Sam woke up in the hospital, he was extremely achy. A doctor came in shortly after he had awoken. "Well, Sam, you're free to go now. Just make sure not to put too much pressure on you're right foot or left shoulder. And try not to make any sudden twists or turns, okay?" Sam nodded his head in response to the doctors question. He gave a quiet thank you before leaving the hospital room to go back to his own house.

When Sam was walking back to his house, he actually ran into J (J's finally back in the story! I've written, what, 7 or 8 chapters without him? Woops..). "Oh, wow, J. How are you feeling?" Sam asked, remembering how J had been sick for the last few days. He shrugged his shoulders. "Much better than I was a few days ago, that's for sure." He said. "Oh, hey, what happened to you?" He said, pointing at his shoulder and foot. "I.. I got shot.." Sam said, looking down. "Dude, do you want some help?" J asked. Sam smiled at him and nodded his head. "Yes, please before I fall down.."

"Alright, thank you, J!" Sam said kindly after he had been taken all the way back to his house with the help from his rich friend. "No problem, Sam! See you at school tomorrow!" J said as he turned around to go back to his house. When Sam tried to open his front door, he found it to be surprisingly locked. "Grian? You in there?" Sam asked ito the door, knocking lightly. "Wha- Y-yeah, just a sec." He heard a certain British accent say. Only about a minute later did Grian open the door. His eyes were slightly red and puffy, but Sam didn't seem to notice.

When Sam tried walking, he slightly tripped and fell into Grian's arms. This caused both males to blush lightly. "S- sorry Grian..." Sam apologized. Grian smiled at the hybrid that was in his arms. "It's alright. Here, lets go sit down." Grian suggested as he helped Sam up. Sam nodded his head, returning Grian's smile as both sat down.

About as soon as they had sat down, a knock was heard at the door. "I'll get it." Grian told Sam. Sam just nodded his head in responce.

When Grian opened the door, he wasn't the least bit happy. "Wh- where's Sam?" A certain raven haired male asked, breathing heavily. "He's on the couch." Grian said, glumly. Taurtis zoomed past him and went straight for Sam. "Oh, gord. Sam, are you okay?" He asked. "Y-yeah.. How did you know I was hurt?" Sam asked. "Oh, J told me that you had been shot." While the two males were talking, Grian only gave death glares at Taurtis. He knew that Taurtis had seen them, because you could clearly see a small smirk on his lips. Grian walked up to the two males. "I'll be back in a bit." Grian said as he gave Sam a small kiss on his lips. Right in front of Taurtis. Both Taurtis and Grian noticed that Sam was blushing light red, but they both failed to see how shocked he actually was. Grian smiled at Sam. "Bye, Sam." He said, kindly. He turned and glared at Taurtis. "Taurtis." He said coldly after a small hesitation. After that, Grian had left the house. Leaving the hybrid and the raven haired male alone.
