“Spoon and fork. Since, I’m not that so expert in using chopsticks. We don’t use chopsticks in the Philippines, FYI.”
“I know right? Don’t worry when the food is here. I’ll teach you...”
I was about to reply but I got disrupted when the owner went in carrying our food. TOP stood up and helped her.
“Take your time and enjoy the food.” The owner told us and walked out.
“So, shall we start?” TOP cutely asked.
Oh no, will you stop being nice to me and showing me that cute expression of yours? I know my limitations as a fan. Don’t let me fall for you even more.
“Okay, grab your chopsticks and hold them like this.” TOP started and showed how to hold the chopsticks properly.
I picked the metal chopsticks on the table and hold them like he does. I must not mess with this so that, we can now feed our hungry stomachs.
“Alright, you’re doing good...” he gladly informed me.
“And then, try to do this.” He added as he shows me on how to move the upper chopstick with the bottom remained at rest.
I tried to do it but my finger muscles were not coordinating.
“Let me help you.” He moved closer and touched my hand.
As his soft hand approached my uncoordinated fingers, my heart started to pound hardly. My nerves made my eyes to close by the time our hands got together.
“Hey, why are you closing your eyes? Just focus, okay. So that we could eat.” He told me.

Thank, God! He surrendered. The seconds might become a disaster for me because; I started to become obvious with my feelings. I just hope that this kind of ‘moment’ won’t happen again because; I don’t want to fall for him much much because, in reality, we both live in opposite worlds...
