During my last weeks in Seoul, TOP and I continued to meet during our most convenient schedule but mostly we see each other in his condominium, just to be safe from the eyes of the public.  At this time, he still doesn’t know that I’m leaving because; I don’t want him to worry anymore. If were really meant for each other, fate would make a way for our roads to cross again...

**FLASHBACK**

Using my pen and TOP’s back, I wrote my wish on the other half of the heart in Tagalog...

‘Sana hindi ito ang maging huli... (I hope that this won’t be the last...)’

**END OF FLASHBACK**

“I guess that it’s a wish granted.” I told myself as I continue to pack my things since, my flight will be tonight.

As I load my bag with all my belongings which were mostly clothes that were stacked on my bed, I paused when I saw a huge brown coat folded neatly together with my other coats.

**FLASHBACK**

In the cold night at the Han River...

Suddenly, few little drops of snow started to fall down. I didn’t know that today would be the day of the first snow fall. I wore my hoodie on and buttoned my jacket to keep me warmer, since I only wore two layers of clothing.

In a little while, TOP placed his coat around me and moved closer. Unexpectedly, he hugged me tightly. With his hug, I could feel his warmth and sense his protection.

**END OF FLASHBACK**

I remembered that this brown coat belongs to TOP. Now, I don’t know if this is fate, that it was destined for me to forget to return this to him so that I could see him and tell him my goodbyes before I leave tonight.

Not too far from my bed, I went to my study table to get a piece of paper and a pen. Then, I returned to my bed and started to write something...

‘You always tell me that you love me more than I know but I tell you, I love you much more than I know and to the greatest that you know. Thank you for everything and I’ll see you soon.’

I placed the piece of paper inside his coat. I decided not to do this because, I think it’s better not to tell him my goodbyes in person.

In Seoul Hospital, TOP and the casts were busy taking the last scenes in his upcoming drama. He gave his very best shot so that, he could come home at the earliest time possible since, he expected Chin to come in his condominium tonight. Actually, he was planning to bring her in his newly built house where they’ll have dinner together and watch her favourite movies in his outdoor theatre and during his breaks he researched for Chin’s social accounts to see all her favourite stuffs and found her public online diary which was not updated for weeks.  The last entry that was posted in her diary was...

‘Be good so that, you’ll be blessed. I got to experience the best hours of my life with the man I love. The fireflies in the snow were so fun to watch. I want to experience this again next time!’

TOP smiled when he read this entry and grabbed his phone to send Chin a message...

‘hey, there firefly lady. I just read your last entry in your online diary. Don’t worry, you’ll see them again later. <3’ (he was pertaining to his outdoor theatre where he expected the fireflies to come.)

I’m now in the airport with Seung Joon and Mi Rae who volunteered to accompany me up to this point.

“Goodbye... I promise to come back again soon.” I told them as they give me my luggage.

“Goodbye? I guess not... remember, I can always fly back to Manila... Have a safe flight.” Seung Joon replied and hugged me.

“Aish!! Anyway, in my first trip outside the country, soon...  I’ll hunt you in the Philippines.” Mi Rae informed me with teary eyes and also gave me a hug.

After saying their farewells, I opened my bag pack and brought out TOP’s coat.

“And... Last favour... ahmmm... Mi Rae, will you return this to him (TOP) for me?” I asked Mi Rae and handed her the coat.

“Sure, no problem. Aren’t you going to tell him? You still have few minutes left.” She replied.

“I think, it’s better to be this way...” I replied with a weak voice.

“Wow, Chin... Yan ba ang naidudulot ng kakapanuod ng drama? Ang drama mo talaga! (Wow, Chin... was that a result of watching too much drama? You’re so dramatic!)” Seung Joon joked to cheer me up.

“Flight QRSC4102 Incheon to Manila. Please, proceed to the departure area, thank you.”

“I need to go now. Thank you, guys! I’ll miss both of you.” I told them and waved my goodbye.

As I walked my way inside the airport, my phone alerted for a message. I checked it and it was from TOP...

‘hey, there firefly lady. I just read your last entry in your online diary. Don’t worry, you’ll see them again later. <3’

My tears started to pour down after I read his message. I wanted to reply but I think ‘that piece of paper’ says it all.

“I believe that fate would help us to meet again next time... At a right place and at a right time...” I told myself and placed my phone inside my pocket.
