Saturday…
From my duty in library café, I directly went to TOP’s condominium to continue my work, since, I left the place too early yesterday due to ‘that incident’. Actually, ‘that incident’ bothered me until now. I don’t know if I would feel so happy because, as a fangirl, it is a dream-come true to touch your bias’ face and to experience that ‘almost kiss thing’ or would I feel afraid of what will happen next after ‘that’ because the world might hate me of being so lucky of being with a worldwide celebrity who possibly has ‘feelings’ for me. I just hope that he’s not around even for just this day but if he’s around I think I just need to go with the flow and pretend that nothing happened…
Because of the ‘almost kiss incident’ yesterday, for the whole day and night of that day, TOP thought of Chin and what to do the next time that they will meet which would be the next day because, Chin left without any permission yesterday leaving some of her works undone. Despite of knowing this, he just decided not to be around when Chin comes because, he remembered something that made him think to do his next action…
**FLASHBACK**
“I’ll be meeting my friend on Saturday at the Zoo Café but it will be at 6pm, anyway. Don’t worry, I’ll still come here to do the laundry.”
**END OF FLASHBACK**
It’s past 1pm when I arrived outside TOP’s condominium. With a little prayer of hoping for his absence even for just this day, I carefully unlocked the door. Little by little, I stepped inside and turned my head from left to right to check if he’s around…
“hooo…” I sighed in relief upon seeing the entire place without TOP.
After TOP remembered that Chin will be meeting his friend, Seung Joon, at the Zoo Café, TOP went to the said place during the hours when Chin is at his condominium. As a matter of fact, he didn’t wear any disguise outfit this time…
“Excuse me, do you allow any reservations in your café?” TOP asked the woman in the counter who is in her 20’s.
“Y—Yes, s—sir.” The woman replied and blushed.
“I want to reserve the entire café tonight.” He replied.
“ahhhmm… j—just wait here, s—sir. I’ll just call my manager. Excuse me…” she nervously replied.
In a few while…
“Wow, she’s not really kidding me! It’s my pleasure to see you here TOP! I’m really a fan!” the man in his 40’s approached him excitedly. He’s the manager of the Zoo café actually.
“Thanks! I just came here to ask if you accept reservations.” TOP politely said.
“Of Course! Tell me which spot you want to reserve?” the manager asked.
“Honestly, I want to reserve the entire café tonight.”
“Oh… o—kay… what time exactly?”
“6pm up to the time that we leave… and my guest will come earlier than me. She’s a foreigner, also an Asian, actually... Her name is Chin… J—Just let her sit anywhere she wishes.”
“Sure! No problem.”
“and lastly, please, help me to keep ‘this’ in private...”
“Of Course. Don’t worry.” The manager swore.
Right on time, I finished my undone work starting from the laundry up to tidying every corner in TOP’s condominium. All I need to do now is to go back to my dorm and change because; I’ll be meeting Seung Joon later. Since, we’ve been to Lotte to celebrate his birthday, I haven’t seen him yet. He didn’t even bother to text me or call me. That’s why, I’m doubting if our ‘meeting’ will still push through. I guess, It won’t be a big deal if I’ll wait for him but I think it would be better to call him first for follow up.
I was about to press the call button when Seung Joon’s number flashed on my screen. I immediately answered his call…
“Hello?” I greeted.
“Chin, I’m sorry for not giving you any follow up regarding today because, I was so busy this past few days…” Seung Joon explained.
“So? What now?” I curiously replied.
“Don’t worry, I’ll still see you. Just wait for me because, I might be late.”
“LATE? Wow, It’s my first time to here you saying that.”
“I know right. Just wait for me, okay? You can order anything you want while waiting. I’ll just pay for it once I arrive.”
“Okay, okay, fine. Just don’t let me wait for too long…”
“Okay, see you later. Bye!” Seung Joon ended the conversation and hanged.
After calling Chin, Seung Joon immediately opened his closet to search of what to wear. He took his time in choosing for the best outfit that he’ll wear but one thing was for sure, he’ll be wearing the red scarf that Chin gave him for his birthday. Seconds and minutes passed and still he haven’t decided yet on what to wear.
“Seung Joon, just be natural and be yourself. As long as, you wear the scarf that she gave you… anything won’t go wrong and just be fine…” he calmed himself.
He sighed and just grabbed an outfit that will go perfectly with the red scarf. He checked for the time and it was already five minutes passed 5pm. In an instant, he changed and grabbed a piece of paper that seems to be a receipt saying: ‘Pink Blossom Flower Shop: 1 Bouquet of pink roses with baby’s breath arrangement’.
5:55pm…
I’m now on the entrance of Zoo Café that happened to be empty with customers.
“Are you Ms. Chin?” A man in his 40’s asked me.
“Y—Yes.” I replied.
He opened the door for me and welcomed me inside. Puzzled, I just sat on the nearest spot where I can see the entrance door so that, I can immediately see Seung Joon when he comes. Few moments passed, and still no customers were coming inside. I wanted to ask the manager why there are no customers but I doubt because, I might offend him. Sitting still on my position, I waited patiently. Until, I saw a tall man wearing a red leather jacket with black inner shirt and black checkered collar shirt as his last inner layer. His top look was partnered with black jeans and a pair leather shoes that complimented his over-all look. But, unfortunately, he wore a plastic mask?!
He turned his head left and right and seems like he’s looking for someone and when his head turned on the place where I’m at, he walked slowly towards me and now I could see in much detailed his mask.
“Why in the world this man wears a mask and among all why TOP's mask again? TOP in his blue hair… Truly, he’s really a fashion icon… even ordinary people wears not only his style but also his face…” I told in my mind.
