Ch. 27: The Fight

Katelyn's POV

I stomped my way into Lucinda's apartment building. My face was probably all red from my anger. I just wanted to beat up this witch and get out of here. The person at the desk stared at me.

"Umm, excuse me. but... uhh... Would you like a refreshment? You're a little red...." She asked nicely, but in a confused way.

"No thanks.... I'm fine...." I said angrily as I walked over to the elevator in the lobby. I punched to button over and over again. The stupid doors won't open.

"Umm... sorry but I believe the elevator is being used by someone on a different level. You might have to wait a couple sec--"

"I DON'T HAVE TIME!!!!!! SHUT UP!!!!!!" I screamed at her.

"MEEP!" She yelped. I didn't care if she's scared. All I need is for Lucinda to be scared. The elevator door opened and I saw a familiar face. Her annoying smirk.

"Oh hello Katelyn! Did you enjoy being with---"

"AAARRRRGGGHHHH!!!!!!!!" I growled as I punched her and pinned her to the elevator wall. "I'M GONNA KILL YOU LUCINDA!!!!!!!!"

"STOP! SECURITY! SOMEONE HELP!!!!!" The lady at the desk screamed. I saw out of the corner of my eye, as I was battling Lucinda, the lady picked up her phone and dialed a number. "HELLO! PLEASE! I NEED YOU'RE HELP!" She said in the phone. I still didn't care. Lucinda punched me and sent me flying back into the lobby room. She came out of the elevator and a silver staff appeared in her hand. I got up quickly and grabbed the staff. I tried to pull it out of her hand but her grasp was too strong. I let go of the staff and punched her again.

Then I heard the sound of doors crashing open. Four guys came in. Great! The dumb lady called the cops! Two of them walked over to me and grabbed my arms. I tried to escape, but they were too strong and I was too weak.

"LET GO OF ME!!!!!" I screamed as I saw the other two go for Lucinda. One grabbed her arms and the others took her staff.

"HEY! GIVE ME MY STAFF!" She commanded. The cop shook his head.

The cops that were behind me took out two handcuffs and put one around my wrist. The cop then gave the cop who has Lucinda the other handcuff. Well. That's the end for me and Lucinda. She doesn't have her staff and I'm too weak right now. Great!

Garroth's POV

I was just lying on the couch. My legs and arms were sprawled out on the couch. I'm so bored! Suddenly, my phone in my pocket rang. Hopefully it's Laurance saying we can go back to hanging out and talking like regular bros do! But I was wrong. It's Dante. Hopefully this isn't a prank! It's gonna be a prank. I know it. I took the phone out of my pocket and sat up.

"Hello?" I asked.

"GARROTH! OH THANK IRENE! I THOUGHT YOU'D NEVER ANSWER! LAURANCE WOULDN'T ANSWER HIS PHONE SO I CALLED YOU!" Dante screamed in a panicked voice.

"Okay...?" My mind was full of confusion.

"KATELYN AND LUCINDA GOT ARRESTED!" Dante screamed. Yup, it's a prank.

"Dante, stop with the pranks and get serious for once in your life." I said as I was about to press the 'hang up' button.

"WHAT! NO IT'S NOT A PRANK! I SWEAR TO IRENE IT'S NOT! JUST LOOK AT THE NEWS!" Ugh, Dante. If this is a prank, I'm just gonna beat myself up. Seriously. I've fallen for his pranks to many times.

"Fiiiiiiine." I said as I grabbed the remote and turned on the tv. I went to the news channel. My eyes widen. It said: "Breaking news! Two girls at least age twenty got arrested for fighting in an appartment."

Well, what do you know! Dante was telling the truth. But why the heck did this happen!

"Garroth! Call Aphmau! Tell her about it!" Dante hung up. Aphmau... I haven't seen her since the whole, kiss and girl taking picture thing. Ugh! Forget that! I need to tell her about this!

Just keep the kiss out of your mind Garroth! You can call her!
