Ch. 11: Night Time!

Aphmau's POV

The movie ended. Garroth got up to get the disc out of the DVD. Laurence got up and just stood there. I got up as well.

"Well, that movie was interesting." Laurence said.

"I really like that movie!!!" Garroth and I said at the same time and started laughing.

"So, Aph, are you sleeping in the guest bedroom?" Laurence asked me.

"Yeah. Why?" I asked.

"Ok I'll sleep on the couch---" Garroth cut Laurence off.

"No Laurence, you can sleep in my room and I'll sleep on the couch." Garroth said.

"Garroth, I can't let you sleep on the couch..." Laurence said.

"No bro, just sleep in my room." Garroth said.

"Alright bro...."

"Bro"

"Bro bro...."

"Just shut up!!!" I screamed. They both chuckled.

"Sorry Aphmau. Heh!!!" Garroth said.

"So, what now?" Laurence asked.

"I don't know. Go to bed I guess. It's pretty late anyways." Garroth said.

"Alright. Well, I'm gonna go into the guest bedroom and get ready for bed." I stated as I walked into my room and shut the door. I locked the door and walked over to my bag. I took out my pajamas and changed. I changed into a red t-shirt and light blue sweatpants. Then I went back to my bag and got my toothbrush and toothpaste out. I took it to the guest bathroom and brushed my teeth. I walked out to my room and looked around. I'm not exactly tried really, so I decided to go check on Garroth. I opened the door and walked out of the little hall and saw him reading a book.

"Hey, you ok?" I asked.

"Fine. You?" He asked.

"Good. Not really tired though, so I decided to check on you guys. Did I interrupt your reading time." I asked.

"Oh, no you're fine. You didn't interrupt anything!" He said as he put his bookmark in his book and put it on the table. He got up.

"Hey Garroth. Ummm, for my room, I need another blanket. Can you tell me where to get it?" I asked.

"Sure, I'll get it for you." He said as he walked to a closet door.

"You don't have to get it. I can get it myself you know!" I said.

"I know. It's just on a high shelf." He said.

"Good point."

He got a beige colored blanket and handed it to me. It was really soft! "Thanks!" I said.

"No problem. If you need me, I'm here for you." He said. I nodded and was and turned around to walk away. Then I turned back to him.

"Sweet dreams Garroth...." Did I just say that?

"Sweet dreams to you too..." He said back. Then I walked into my bedroom and got into bed. I got comfortable and soon, drifted off to sleep....
