Chapter 14

Nico's POV

Honestly I don't know why I became friends with Brooke. Oh wait, she was the only one that gave me hope that Misty was alive and was actually correct about that. Now I wish she wasn't because she just did a suicidal thing and expected us to follow.

You have to be insane to jump into Tartarus like it's a pool or something fun. And this proves that Brooke is an insane girl.

Tartarus is full with monsters and can give you horrible nightmares. I still get nightmares after all those years and I'm still afraid of them.

My thoughts were interrupted when Leo said"Well.....we should follow Brooke"

When Leo said that I quickly froze and screamed out "NO!!!" in a panic tone.

Everybody turned towards me with understanding looks. Piper walked up to me and put her hand on my shoulder.

"Nico we have to. Misty is down there and now Brooke is too. We have to go save them"she said trying to charmspeak me.

I stared at her annoyed "You do know that won't work on me, right?"

"Yeah she knows but she did distract you. Happy early birthday, Nico"Hazel said as she pushed me.

I lost my balance and fell backwards. But before I was fully gone I grabbed onto Hazel and accidentally brought her down with me.

Great going Nico. You just broke your promise of not going back to Tartarus.....and you just probably dragged your little half-sister to her death as well. Great going Nico. Happy birthday to me.

-Misty's POV-

When I opened my eyes once again I saw Alice and Lily talking to each other while Nessipon was healing my wounds.

Nessipon noticed that I woke up and said"Welcome back Daisy. How was your sleep?"

I smiled a little and sat up while speaking.

"Eh you know. My dream consisted of me falling into Tartarus and dying...oh wait. Look at that my dream came true"

That made Nessipon laugh for a bit before returning to her hard stone stare.

"You do know that we have to get you out of here,right?"Nessipon said as she finished up and looked at me.

"What about you three?"I asked.

"Daisy, we died already. You haven't. You still have a family to return to after those five years. You have to see your twin sister and brother again....Misty River Jackson"

At the mention of that name my whole body froze.

How does she know that name? How did she find out my real name?

And as if she read my mind, she said"Everybody knows who you really are, Misty. They all knew since you first came and besides.....the cute prince keeps talking about you. And no we're not talking about Alex. Alex is too st**** to even realize that your Misty. Anyways, we're talking about Nico di Angelo. He won't shut up about you. He really loves and cares about you Misty"

I felt a smile tug on my lips at the mention of Nico.

"Aww look. Misty's smiling and blushing. Oh my gosh Mico is surfacing again"I heard Lily say behind me.

I turned around to see Lily and Alice behind me while fangirling a little.

"Mico?"I asked confused.

"Yeah Mico. You know, Misty and Nico makes Mico"Alice explained.

I just nodded with an unsure smile on.

Mico? Strange ship name but I guess that works. Wait why should I care? I have Alex and......ugh everything is just so confusing. I thought.

"We should start moving before any monsters come and find us here in the open"Lily said staring off into the distance.

We all nodded and Nessipon helped me up and we started to move but before we could take three steps we all heard some screaming and groans.

We turned back around to see three people lying on the shattered glass floor. When I looked at the three figures closely I could make out.

"Brooke, Hazel, Nico"I gasped out in surprise.
