Chapter 4: Daisy or Misty?

Nico's POV

"So can I?"I asked my father standing in front of him.

I was in the underworld discussing that I wanted my birthday party in the underworld.Yeah I know.Why does a guy that is turning 20 want his birthday party in his father's palace?

Well the simple answer to that question is one word.Misty.

"Sure,Nico.I'll just tell Daisy if she can get the party ready before next week"my father,Hades,said.

"What's up with this Daisy girl?"I asked a bit jealously in my voice."Can I meet her?"

"No Nico.She's a shy girl.So don't disturb her if you see her"Hades said flatly."Also her boyfriend is a little too overprotective"

"Ok"I said.

Lie.If I see her I'll talk to her and maybe ask her if she knows Misty.

"You are dismissed"Hades said as I left.

I was gonna go up to my room when something caught my eyes.

I saw a shiny thing on the ground and I went to pick it up.When I got it I noticed that it was a bracelet but it wasn't any bracelet.It was Misty's that turns into her sword κύμα.(I barely realized I never mentioned the sword's name.Also κύμα is Greek for wave.)

"What the Hades?"I mumbled standing up.

"Hey that's mine"I heard someone say behind me.

I turned around to see a beautiful girl.The owner of the voice had knee-length hair that was blue, green, and purple and had these sad sea-green eyes.She was covered in dust and her clothes looked worn out.She was covered in bruises and cuts and she looked familiar but not familiar at the same time.

When the girl saw my face her face showed utter shock.She quickly bowed down to me saying"I'm sorry your highness.I didn't know it was you"

I looked at her shocked cause then it hit me.She looked a lot like Misty.

"Misty?"I asked walking up to her.

She hesitated but stood up straight saying"I don't know who that is, your highness.I'm Daisy.The main maiden"

I walked up closer to her and stopped in front of her where our faces were just a few inches apart.She looked up at my eyes and I saw something quickly flash by her eyes but it was gone before I could figure out what it was.

The girl in front me cleared her throat and stepped back.

"I'm sorry your highness but I have to go and clean the....."

"Misty it's me Nico.Don't you remember"I said walking up to her again.

Our faces were close to each other again and I could hear her breathing start to quicken a little and her heart beating a little faster.

She was about respond but another voice interrupted her.

"Hey Nico....What are you doing to my girlfriend?"my step-brother said walking down the stairs.

Girlfriend?I thought confused looking at Misty.

"Misty,what is Alex talking about?"I asked looking at her.

"Misty?You mean that girl that you liked that died 5 years ago?"Alex asked grabbing Misty's waist and putting her behind him."I'm sorry bro but this isn't Misty.This is Daisy.My girlfriend for about 3 years now.Misty is dead.Move on bro,but not on my girl"
