I woke up next to Dan as usual. It was his 20th birthday! I carefully stood up and gained balance, Abby was now her full length and height. When I got to the kitchen Phil was sat on the bar stool sipping his coffee. I decided not to bother him since he wasn't much of a morning person, so I just waved. He gave me a small smile then looked back down at his phone. I made Dan pancakes and hot chocolate. I sat his plate and mug down on the table. I also got a small bowl of fruit and put that down as well. I was super excited for his birthday. I got him 2 Christmas jumpers, 2 Halloween jumpers, 3 large boxes of Maltesers, a llama plushie, and I was taking him to a llama farm. I turned around and saw Dan. "Happy birthday!" I exclaimed standing on my tip-toes and attempting to kiss him. He turned his head. "You okay baby?" I asked, with a confused look. "I told you not to do anything" he said, exaggerating the "told".  I laughed. "Just shut up, kiss me, and eat your damn pancakes" I joked. He laughed picked me up. "3 years ago style?" he asked. I laughed. He put my back against the wall. "I really love you" he laughed pressing his lips against mine. "I love you to.. jerk" I laughed back. We sat down and ate pancakes, Phil and Alison joined us 3 minutes later.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY DANIEL JAMES HOWELL!!" Phil, and Alison exclaimed. "Thanks guys" he chuckled. We finished up breakfast. "Dan, I'm gonna cover your eyes" I told him. "Good luck with that shortie" he smirked. "Hey, I'm 5'6 now. I'm done growing though" I laughed while covering his eyes. I guided him to the lounge. There were gift bags and boxes everywhere. We were going to his mums house at 2. "Okay.. 3....2.....1!" I said and uncovered his eyes. "Guys, thank you, but seriously. You didn't have to do this" he smiled. "We wanted to" I replied, smiling as well. "Who's first?" I asked. "Open mine!" Phil screeched. "Sure Lion" Dan laughed. I loved how they still called each other "Lion"/ "Bear"/ "Llama" etc. Phil got him an PINOF 1 jumper, a llama onesie, and 3 manga's from various anime's. "Phil, thank you so much. I couldn't ask for a better person to be by my side" Dan said warmly. "Aw Bear,  I'll always be there for you no matter what. I will always love you" Phil smiled. "Thanks. Same to you" Dan responded, he seemed happier than ever.

"Me next" Alison announced cheerfully. Dan chuckled as Alison sat a gift bag, and a box in front of him. She got him a leather T-shirt, new shoes, an Attack On Titan box set, and 3 boxes of his favorite tea.  "Thank you so much Alison. I love it" Dan smiled. "Anytime Danny boy. I got the leather shirt ironically" she laughed. We all burst into laughing fits. "Abby" I called. Dan looked confused. Abby trotted in with a small bag in her mouth. She sat down and placed the bag in front of Dan. "Good girl" I laughed ruffling her ears. She barked and jumped up on my lap. "You trainer her to do that?" Dan asked stunned. I nodded. "Damn Em. Thank you Abby" Dan laughed. He opened the bag and revealed a box. It had a picture frame in it. The picture frame said 'I love you daddy' with a heart and dog biscuit. The picture was Dan, Abby, and I sat in the field. Dan and I were sitting side by side with Abby in front of us. "Aw. This is amazing" Dan said slightly tearing up. "I'm glad you like it" I replied.

I handed Dan a gift bag and 2 boxes. He opened the bag first, I gave him a jacket with little horns coming out of the hood, and new shoes. He then opened the boxes, one was a ring that had our initials in a heart. The next one was a letter it read:
