He pulled out of his parking spot and went to the exit.

"Left or right?" He asked.

My head hurt so I could barely think.

"Um, right." I guessed he turned out and followed the directions I guessed.

10 minutes later, we ended up back at the school.

"How the heck did that happen?" I asked.

"No idea. Why don't you just call someone and ask them to come get you." He suggested.

"Good idea."I said. I reached into my pocket and sighed.

"I left my purse and everything in my dad's car." I said.

"Here." He said handing me his phone.

I dialed Liz's number and the phone rang. I put it up to my ear and looked up. The car was moving.

"Where are we going?"I asked.

"Back to my place." He said.

Quiet.

"Is that ok?" He asked.

"Yeah." I said.

"Hello?" Liz answered.

"Hey, can you pick me up?"

"Where are you?"

"It's a long story. Can you pick me up or not?"

"I would but I'm at your place without a car. And Bailey and Tess are here too. You're mom said we could spend the night."

"Great."

"Why don't you call Jacob?"

"Because I'm going to Ethan's place."

"Why?"

"I have nowhere to go. And have no idea how to get home from the school I'm at."

"Just call Jacob. He'll have to deal with it."

"Ok. See you later."

"Bye."

I hung up with Liz and dialed Jacob's phone number. As the phone rang we pulled into his driveway and he shut off the car. "Hello?" I heard Jacob say.

"It's Lexi."

"Who's number are you calling me from?"

"No time for that. Pick me up at this address." I told him the address.

"Isn't that by Deer Lake Central?"

"Yeah. Hurry."

"I'm on my way." He said then hung up.

I gave Ethan back his phone and rested my head on the head rest. Ethan looked at me.

"You wanna go inside?" He asked.

"Sure. Is Paige home?" I asked un-buckling.

"She should be in like 20 minutes." Ethan said.

"Oh." I replied.

I opened the door and got out, completely forgetting about my jacked up leg.

"Ahh!" I yelped falling into the grass.

I heard Ethan laugh lightly inside the car.

"Don't laugh at me." I pouted.

He smiled at me then got out of the car. I reached out my hands and he pulled me up. I stood on my left foot deciding on how to make it in the house.
