"You guys aren't going to wear that are you?" Landon was following us up to our room so we could put our purses away.

Him, Justice, and Hanna had to share a room and they were on the same floor as us, so he was gonna pick them up too.

"What are you trying to say?" Liz looked back at him.

We were all dressed the same, jeans, a t-shirt, and shoes.

"No, you all look fine but I mean it's a party. I'm gonna change," He shrugged.

The thought of Landon wearing something other than his already tight t-shirt and shorts made me cringe. Tessa opened the door and we all walked in. Landon told us where his room was and went to change and get his sister and Justice.

"What is our deal?!" Bailey exclaimed.

"What are you talking about?" I asked pulling off my shoes.

"Landon just shows up and here we are talking all normal to him. And we're going to a party with him. This shit isn't even right," Bailey was freaking out.

"Bail, find your chill. Isn't this what you want? A super hot guy is going to go to a party with you. He INVITED you," I said calmly.

"You're right. Absolutely right," She nodded, assuring herself more than anyone else.

"So what are we supposed to wear?" Tessa asked.

"Crop tops and shorts that make your ass hang out," Jake sarcastically said walking in to the room.

I rolled my eyes at his comment, but realized how right he was.

"He has a point. I mean you aren't supposed to be very conservative at these types of things right? And this is a party with a bunch of singers, actors, and dancers. All of which are pretty comfortable with their bodies and showing out," I explained.

"Good thing I was in a desperate mood while I was packing," Bailey pulled out four crop tops, two loose ones, and two tight ones.

She had a big bag plastic bag full of jewelry, flower crowns, bandanas, and any other accessory you could want.

"Did you think we were going to Coachella or something?" Tessa stared at Bailey's bag of accessories.

"Guys like hipsters. Especially guys in Texas, there aren't a lot of hipsters here," Then she stared at the three of us for about ten seconds each and turned back around to her case.

"Lexi and Tessa, you get fitted. Liz and I get loose," She threw us all a shirt and I looked down at the tiny piece of fabric in my hand.

"As much as I love tribal prints and dressing like a slut, I'd rather have a loose one," I held the shirt on my pinky.

"Me too," Tessa chimed in.

"They look best on you guys. Now, I'm assuming you all have your own shorts?" Bailey questioned pulling her shirt off.

"Woah, woah, give me a warning first," Jake shot up from his spot on the bed and hurried over to the other room.

"Sorry," She called after him.

After I stripped all my clothes off, I pulled on the short sleeved crop top that stopped a little before my belly button, and I decided on my white washed high waisted shorts that were fringed at the bottom. I put on some blush, mascara, and red lipstick to cover my previously makeup free face. Bailey had given me a flower crown that had daises which didn't exactly match my outfit.

"Hey do you have anything else that would match?" I asked walking out of the bathroom.

"Babe alert," Justice came up next to me and my heart stopped.

"What are you doing in here?" I gasped, still in shock.

"Waiting on Landon, so we decided to come here. Bailey let us in."

Us? Then I saw Hanna standing next to Bailey as they skimmed through her jewelry bag.

"Oh okay, but uh thanks," I smiled at her.

"No problem," She smiled back.

I went over next to Hanna and instantly saw a white bandana that would look better. I was about to put it on my head before Hanna stopped be.

"No, no, no. You can't wear that with your hair in a ponytail," She said snatching the bandana from my hand.

"W-why?" I stuttered.

"Because it ruins the looks. Here," She reached around me and pulled my ponytail out of my hair. The waves fell down around my head and Hanna stuck her hands in. She tousled it around, obviously trying to go for a messier look. When she was pleased with what she had done, she gently tied the bandana around my head.

"That's much better, don't you think Landy?" she grinned.

"Landy?" I furrowed my eyebrows.

Hanna grabbed my shoulders and spun me around to the door. Landon was standing there, scanning his eyes over every inch of my body from head to toe.

"I love it," The grin on his face was just like the one his sister wore, but more intimidating and attractive.

"Great," I muttered.

"Alright ladies, let's get going. We don't have all night," He clapped his hands together and stepped out of the doorway.

Hanna and Justice were the first to leave. Tessa and Bailey followed them and Liz slowly trailed.

"Don't do anything stupid honey," She whispered in my ear.

I gave her a confused look but she just strutted out the door. I shook it off and looked around for my phone.

"You coming?" Landon asked, stepping back in the room.

I found it on the bed and stuffed it in my back pocket, then quickly grabbed my sunglasses since it wasn't dark yet.

"Yeah," I hurried out before him and he shut the door.

By the time we had made it into the hallway, the girls were gone. Probably all the way down to the first floor already. And knowing my friends, they probably asked Hanna or Justice if they knew how to get to the party, and they were on their way.

"Looks like it's just us," Landon said pressing the button for the elevator.

"You know they did this on purpose," I sighed.

"Yeah, I don't have a problem with it though. Do you?" When I looked over to answer him this time, I actually paid attention to what he was wearing.

He had on a black muscle shirt with a big red X on the front, and khaki shorts. His own sunglasses were tucked on his shirt, making it sag down a little. I tried not to stare and scratched the back of my neck.

"No. I guess not," I quickly said.

The elevator dinged open and we stepped in. I pressed lobby and then leaned up against the wall.

"Lexi what's wrong with you?" Landon asked after minutes of silence.

We were leaving the building when he finally spoke up.

"What?" I slid my sunglasses on to my face and he did the same.

"Back at camp, even if you didn't like me you weren't awkward and quiet around me. You were loud and comfortable. What happened to that?"

The way Landon talked about our past gave me a weird feeling. We were in middle school for god's sake, it wasn't a past marriage.

"Look Landon, a lot went down between you and I. And a lot has happened with myself since then and other people I'm close too. I have changed, everyone knows it. I'm not as carefree and outgoing as I used to be and I hate that, but times have changed, ya know?" I vented out my feelings.

Landon looked at me as we walked. Another ten seconds went by and he hadn't said anything.
