“Well, if it isn’t the wicked witch from hell. And no, I’m not single. Thanks for asking.” I smiled up at her.

“Destiny, what do you want?” Bailey asked.

“Oh I just came over here to give my dear friend, Lexi a little reminder.” She grinned.

“What?” I said in the most annoying tone I could.

But with Destiny, it wasn't hard to get that tone. Actually, I didn't even need to try to adjust my voice. It just came out naturally. For a short, very short, period of time I tried to give her a shot. Jacob wasn't all that happy with the fact that I hated her, so I tried to please him. This was clearly in the early days of our relationship. But now, screw how he feels about that and screw her.

“I just wanted you to remember…” She started.

Leaning over she put a hand up to my ear and started whispering.

“You are nothing but a pathetic little girl, who stole my boyfriend. You have no talent, you’re an ugly bitch, and Jacob secretly wants me instead of you.” She whispered.

I looked straight ahead, and Tessa looked back into my eyes. She had a worried look on her face. I just smiled as Destiny stood up straight. I stood up slowly and got as close to Destiny as I possibly could.

“Alright Destiny, you keep telling yourself I’m pathetic. I could care less. But now’s your chance, the four of us are going to the Birdsong competition for two weeks. Do whatever you want to Jacob, if he goes back to you, then so be it. If he doesn’t, then you’ll lay off.”

“Birdsong?” She asked.

I knew it, she barely cared about Jacob. She was just worried about me and what I did. But everyone knew as long as Jacob was still in some type of relationship with me, she'd try her best to get him away. Not like she actually cared about him.

“Yeah.”

“You four losers got into Birdsong, and I didn’t?” She asked.

“Oh, it looks like you’re the loser now.” Liz grinned.

"How could you possibly get in?” Her astonishment only grew.

Her face was getting red, and it was absolutely hilarious.

“Well apparently, they know talent when they see it.” Bailey shrugged "innocently".

Liz smirked, “And I’m pretty sure being a total slut, will automatically put you off the list.”

“Oh and let's not forget that you can't sing, dance, or act.”

She glared at me, shooting me those evil eyes. They used to scare me, tell me I should back off. But now I didn’t care, this fight we had was becoming more and more normal.

“Ok Lexi, you and your little tramps here go ahead to Birdsong. But just know, that when you come home crying after the first day, no one will care. And don’t be surprised if you get back and find Jacob under my sheets. Have a nice day.” An evil looking smile cracked on her face in one of the most unflattering ways.

“Bitch.” I muttered as she walked away.

She sharply turned around and her glare grew harder.

“I dare you to say that again Monroe.” The cold tone in her voice was meant to send shivers down my spine... but it didn't.

I don’t know why this girl thinks I’m intimidated by her. Or scared of her, because I’m not.

“Bitch!” I said louder.
