Chapter 2 - Dinner at Billy the Squid

Conor's P.O.V

Practise had just ended and Wendell and Franklin walked up the stairs. Me and Ashley hadn't mentioned anything about Erica being in town. Ashley was about to walk upstairs an leave as well when she stopped and looked back at me who were sitting on the couch.

"So are you going to call Erica or was that just an excuse to make her leave?" She asked

"To be honest, I don't know... I mean she broke up with me and all of a sudden she's running back to me. I don't get her, she said she couldn't be with me cause I had to leave the tour and kept on talking about how much she disliked long distant relationships" I said and sighed.

She dropped her backpack on the ground and walked back to the couch and sat next to me.

"Well apparently something made her change her mind...." She said.

"Yeah I guess... what do you think I should do?" I asked and looked over at her. She always gave me the best advice.

"Well do you still have feelings for her or?" She asked.

"I think so... I mean I really loved her and was so heartbroken when she didn't wanted to be with me just because we wouldn't be together every single day anymore. If you truly love someone you wouldn't just dump someone because of the distance right?" I said.

"No you wouldn't, you'd not let the distance come between you. I guess you should go and meet her to see what she has to say atleast. And if you want you guys could go to Billy's. I work today so if you need any help I'll be there plus it's our favourite spot to hang out at so" She said.

"That's great, thanks Ash" I said and smiled.

"Your welcome Con. I'll see you at Billy's in a few then" She said and stood up.

"Yeah, see you later" I said and watched her walk upstairs.

I looked back down to my phone and took a deep breathe before dialing Erica's number.

Abit later me and Erica walked into Billy the Squid and sat down at a table.

"Welcome to Billy the Squid! Me and the others always hangs out here plus the food is really good" I said and smiled.

"Well this place surely is special...." Erica said as we sat down at a table.

I saw Ashley talking to Billy abit away and as soon as she saw us she walked over to our table.

"Hello and welcome to Billy the squid, what can I get you?" She said and smiled her adorable smile.

"I'll take what I always takes" I said and Ashley nodded before I turned to Erica. "What about you?" I asked.

"Do you have any kind of salad?" Erica asked Ashley.

"Yeah we have a crab salad" Ashley said.

"Then I'll take one of that" Erica said.

Ashley asked what we wanted to drink and then walked away, leaving us alone again.

"So uhm... why did you change your mind about me and our relationship?" I asked Erica.

"I guess I just missed you and I realized that it was kinda stupid of me to leave you just because you had to leave the tour. I mean if you really love someone you can manage having a long distant relationship and I realized I love you way to much to not have you in my life whether or not it's miles between us or not" She said and I couldn't help but smile widely.

"Erica... I love you too and I'm so happy you came here to...." I said but immidiately got interrupted by Ashley who came with our drinks.

"One coke and one sparkling water" She said and places them infront of us.

"Thanks Ash" I said and smiled.

"Your welcome! What are you guys talking about anyways?" She asked and seemed quite interested. I was about to answer when Erica did it instead.

"We just got back together, I hope you don't mind that" Erica said.

"Oh no not at all, but our friend Wendell will get furious that your with Conor and not him. But I'm happy for you guys and it means I'll not have to be the only girl anymore. I mean not that it bothers me but I could use someone to do girl stuff with and talk about boys" Ashley said and giggled.

"Thanks and well I'm used to crazy fans who wants to be with me so don't worry about your friend. I'd love to hang out sometime and get to know you. I'm actually planning on staying here for a couple of weeks as the tour has break right now" Erica said and smiled.

I watched them and smiled. The two best girls I know getting along so well. I'm so thankful that Ashley is giving Erica a chance and puts in effort to make her feel welcome here.
