"I'm not doing it!" I argue
"You have to!"
"I'm not!"
"Don't argue and just do it!"
"Why don't you?"
"Because I'm not his wife!"
"So? Pretend like you are!"
He blinks at me in seriousness then shakes his head.
"Just go!"
"Can't believe you want to get rid of me!" I say storming in my room.
"I don't! You just need to do this. It's a matter of respect!"
"Well it's a good thing I got none!"
"I can't believe you're making me fight with you over this!"
"I'm not making you! You're fighting all on your own!"
"No I'm not. This is your fault! You're being unreasonable!"
"Oh I'm being unreasonable!"

We continue to shout over each other until a loud sound makes us stop and face the door. Alex stands there with an air horn.
"What!" We both shout at her.
She looks shocked then glares at us too.

"Stop shouting and quit fighting!" She says sternly.
"Make us!" I retort.
"Zayna!" She scolds.
"What" I scoff
"Stop your criminal side and just listen to us!"
"If you're going to be like him then forget it!"
She grabs my arms and shakes me.
"Quit it!" I shout at her grabbing her arms.
"Then listen. That's all you have to do!"
"Urgh fine!"
"Ayaan has to get his family members over for the wedding but they want to meet you first"
"It's not like their opinions matter. I'm already married to the guy"
"She is so inconsiderate!" Ibrahim shouts
"Will you stop it with the big words!"
"Why? Are you too dumb to understand them?"
"I'll show you who's dumb!" I say getting ready to jump him until Alex holds me down.

"Zayna you need to go!"
"I can't go! Why aren't you getting this! If I go then Ibrahim is more vulnerable and you're more likely to get fired!" I shout. Luckily the door is shut.
They both stare at me as if I'm an alien.
"Is that why you're staying"
"Well it's not because I hate people that's for sure!" I pause "Ok maybe that's a reason too" I admit.
"Sis you need to go. Dad is way too happy to think about hitting me or firing Alex"
"Oh yeah, Ibrahim he can get you when I'm in the house, if I go then it's much worse. I can't risk it"
"You need to. Anyways we have Allah's protection everything will be fine if we trust in him" Alex says.
I take a minute to think.
"I don't care what you're thinking I'm forcing you to go" Ibrahim says.
"Fine! I'm going" I huff
"Yes! I'll be packing your stuff" Alex says leaving to my closet.
"You know, that was our first real fight" I say, he looks guilty. "You know what's worse. It was over Ayaan!"
He cracks a smile.
"I know. I thought it'd be over basketball or who has the biggest muscles or something"
"Yeah same" I laugh.
"By the way. I have bigger muscles" I quickly say. He rolls his eyes.
"Don't even go there" he says.

"Sorry for all the big words"
"Sorry for all shouting"

We hug each other quickly then decide to lock Alex in the closet.
After many shouting and banging her fists on the door we open it.
"I'm seriously starting to hate you two"
"Of course you are! We all know how much you love me" Ibrahim teases.

She glares at him and walks off to my bed placing the pile of clothes on it.
She starts packing my clothes as I watch her.
"So you'll be away for a week. Now because you're married to Ayaan Islamically you'll be sharing a room together"
"What!"
"What?"
"I am not ready for that!"
"Alright alright just tell him. No need to blow my ear drums"
"Carry on" I roll my eyes.
"You and him will be going there together it's a six hour drive"
"You expect me in a car with Ayaan for six hours!"
"You know you don't act like you're married to him" Alex comments. I roll my eyes.
"The guy can't last a minute without saying something to annoy me and you think I can last six hours?"
"Whatever now come on he's waiting in his house"
"What a gentleman! He makes me go to his house!"
"Zayna! Stop it with the comments!"
"Alex! Make me!" I say
She sighs.

"Ok. I'm sorry, but you are being very annoying today"
"That's Ayaan everyday"
"Robert will drive you to his house" she hugs me tightly and changes the subject.
"I'll miss you" she says. I sigh and give it up.
"Yeah yeah. You'll be missed too" I wave off but that just makes her laugh. Ibrahim comes from I don't know where.
"See ya lil bro"
"Bye sis" he hugs me.
