A few days later I woke up and looked next to me. I smiled at the sight of Ray laying in the bed at the other side of the room. I looked around at my walls. My parents had done something incredible with them when I was gone. One of the walls was covered with an enormous picture of Martin Garrix, another with one of RSCA, another one with Dennis and Cristiano and the last one was full of pictures of me and my friends and family.
I was happy.
And yes, Ray stayed at our house again. My parents have apologized to her and she accepted it. She has also accepted the adoption suggestion. My parents will have to talk with Ray's parents, but they'd do everything to get Ray as their official daughter.
Some day I decided to go to Ruben's to talk to him because it was a while ago we had seen each other. Ray and I took a walk to his house and talked about random stuff. I was glad to have her with me again. And I was kind of excited because she could become my biological sister.
We arrived at Ruben's house and he opened the door after we had rang the doorbell.
" Oh, hi " he sounded surprised to see me.
" Hey, Ruben " I didn't really know anything else to say.
" How are you? " he asked. He sounded different than usual.
" I'm good, thanks, what about you? "
" I'm okay ", he said dryly, " we should go out next week " he suggested with a big smile. I was relieved of seeing him smile because I was starting to get worried.
" That's a deal " I smiled back.
" I'll text you time and place, but I gotta get ready now, seeing my parents in half an hour, some barbecue " he said.
" Okay, that's great! Have fun! " I shouted as we started to walk away.
" Thanks! Bye " he waved.
" Bye bye! " me and Ray shouted back at the same time.
" That was quick " Ray giggled.
" But long enough for me " I laughed.

It was the beginning of August when I and Vincent were sitting in the Constant Van Der Stock stadium in Anderlecht for the first game of the season.
I was kind of excited to see my team perform live again. It felt like ages ago since I last saw them. When the players got onto the field and the chant started playing, me and Vincent sang along.
The names bursted through the speakers and my eyes widened by hearing
" Number 10, Numéro dix, DENNIS - "
The audience added: " PRAET "
Everyone thought he'd leave Anderlecht, but he stayed ( the transfer period isn't over yet but who cares ).
" Dennis is still here " I said out loud, smiling.
" After last season, it's better for him to stay tho " Vince said. He was right, last season was crap until they reached the last game.
