After our house had burned down, I decided to use the money I dj'd and played soccer for, to move to Rhodes. Forever.
It took me a while to decide it, but I realised that is what I really wanted, even though I had to leave so many great people behind. Ray didn't really have a problem to come with us except the fact that she didn't love the sun, but she said she wouldn't care, because a family is all that she wanted and needed.
It was just so hard to leave Vincent behind. He had cried when I had told him we would leave Belgium.
It would be hard to combine school with dj'ing and with Real Madrid, but Lucas and I will find a solution for that.
We were now at the airport with two more hours to go and all my friends were here as a surprise to say goodbye. Actually my plan was leaving without saying a thing, but I regretted that too late. Lucky me, I have Ray who decided to bring all my friends here.
" Oh my god " was the only thing I could actually say. I didn't want this emotional stuff, but I knew I had to deal with that anyway.
" Clara, we know you don't like this " Hervé laughed.
" No, I don't " I tried to laugh along but I realised I would miss them all so bad.
" I don't want to say this ", Henry said, " but I will miss you "
" Henry, no, you won't " I laughed but tears started welling up.
" Yes, I will " he started to cry and got to me to hug me tightly.
This was way harder than I thought it would be.
" You're my cousin ", he let go, " it's normal I will miss you " he wiped away the tears.
" Oh Henry, you're a better cousin than I could ever imagine "
" HMHMHM " William coughed loudly.
" Aww, Will, you are too " I said, going to him and putting my arms around his tall body.
" I love you " he whispered.
" I love you too " I cried, holding him way too tight.
" Don't kill me " he joked and I laughed through the tears.
I let go and then he said, " I'm glad you're long brown hair is back " (yes, after 2 years my hair had grown back and I never want it to be short again)
I rolled my eyes while smiling. My dad said he and my mum would go to eat a little snack, because our flight was in 2 hours.
" Clara, please hug me now, because I can't deal with this " Ally started crying and she put her hands on her face as I wrapped my arms around her.
" Clara, I'm so sorry for everything I've done to you, I regret it so bad and if I could turn back time, I would definitely not do like that again and - " I interrupted her: " Ally, it's all forgiven and forgotten, you're my cousin, and whatever happened, it didn't split us. We are one. Best friends. Until the end. If I'm here with you, or there without you. We will still be best friends " I smiled, also crying, just like her, because I was going to miss Ally and her happiness, Ally is always happy and sometimes that just makes me happy too.
" Thanks, Clara, for everything " she held me so tight. I was going to miss all these hugs.
Finally I let go and wiped away her tears while smiling at Ally like a complete wreck. My head hurt so much because I tried to hold back most of my tears and I knew they would fall once I reached Vincent.
