With Audrey wearing a polka dotted halter dress in front of me while laughing, I became more nervous.

How could she be so effortlessly beautiful?

"James? Are you alright?" she asked.

I snapped out of my thoughts and quickly nodded.

"Yes, I'm fine."

She then ask, "Is there something wrong with your food?"

I grinned and replied, "Nope. The food is delicious. Don't worry about me."

She just smiled and continued talking.

When we finished dinner, we went out to walk around the pool area.

The moon was up and the stars were shining. It was relaxing.

I glanced at Audrey, who was looking up at the night sky.

'I have to tell her already.'

I cleared out my throat and she looked at me.

I took a deep breath and closed my eyes.

"Do you want to know the 10 reasons why I love you," I said softly.

Audrey smiled and nodded rapidly.

I then took her hand and held it. She went closer to me and put her head on my shoulder.

"First, you have a lovely accent." She started laughing and I can't help but chuckle.

"Second, you are brave."

"Third, you are inspiring."

"Fourth, you make me happy."

"Fifth, you are honest."

"Sixth, my family loves you."

"Seventh, you are a good influence."

"Eighth, you're making me crazy in love."

"Ninth, you taught me what love is."

When I glanced at her, there were tears on her eyes. I wiped them all away and kissed her forehead. She nuzzled into my neck.

"Tenth, the last one. You're real and beautiful."

She pulled away from me and cupped my face.

"I love you so much," she said.

"I love you more," I replied.

In that moment, we finally kissed under the moonlight.
