"I'm going to meet up with Grace but I promise to go to the race, okay?"

I smiled and held her closer.

"Have I ever told you how beautiful you are?" I said.

In the mirror, I saw Audrey playfully rolled her eyes.

"You have. As a matter of fact, I couldn't count how many times anymore."

I chuckled and replied, "Well I don't care how many times I've already said that but I'm going to say it again --- you're beautiful."

I love all the moments I have spent with Audrey, whether it's bickering over a simple thing or just doing chores --- anything, really. Here I am, holding her from her back, seeing her smile in the reflection with matching bracelets in our wrists.

"As far as I could remember, you have a meeting with Ruth," Audrey said with a tone of coltishness.

"But I don't want to let go," I said.

Audrey giggled and suddenly turned around and kissed my lips.

I pushed her back gently to deepen the kiss.

No matter how many times she kissed me, there are still butterflies appearing in my stomach.

We both pulled away and hugged.

"I will go there, okay? Remember, be careful. Don't be too fast," she said with a pout.

I planted a kiss on her forehead and nodded.

"Yes, Audrey."

We kissed one last time and I went out of our hotel room.

"I love you," she said.

"I love you more."

4:30 P.M.

"I missed you, Little Bastard!" I quickly exclaimed when I saw my Porsche Spyder.

Ruth chuckled and said, "Ready for the race?"

"Hell yes."

We both got in and I started the engine.

"Where's Audrey by the way?" Ruth asked.

I glanced at him and replied, "Why'd you ask? Are you trying to steal her away?"

I could tell Ruth began to panic so I laughed.

"You know I'm kidding, right? I'm not just going to let anyone steal her away. She's still with Grace Kelley and she told me that she'll just go straight to the race track."

"Alright. She's really supportive. Enough with the heart talk and let's go to the race track!"

I nodded quickly and stepped on the accelerator.

My energy boosted up more. I was hyper so I tend to drive fastly which caused me a speeding ticket in Bakersfield. It didn't really worry me that much because I'm too happy.

"James, you're a bit fast again," Ruth commented.

I just laughed him off and continued to drive with the same speed.

"I need to grab a Coke," I said when I saw a diner.

"Oh come on, James. Now?"

I just smirked and parked in front of the diner. After drinking, I went back to the car and hit the road again.

The sun was up and the wind blowing my hair --- everything was just perfect.

When I stepped on the accelerator more, a car suddenly made a left turn.

"James, There's a car!"

Before even reacting, everything went blank.
