While waiting for Audrey, I made myself some coffee to remove this coldness I'm feeling. My clothes were still damp, and I don't have any extra. So, I guess I have to go home. I'll just have to inform Audrey.

As I was watching the television, her bedroom door opened, revealing Audrey. She was wearing a tee shirt with stripes pattern and white shorts. Her pixie cut hair wasn't styled, but it still looked decent anyhow.

"Hey Audrey?" I said.

"Yes?" She said, while combing her hair.

"I have to go, because I really need to change."

She paused for a moment and said, "Can I come with you?"

Did I clean my apartment? I don't think so. I'll be so embarrassed. Audrey's apartment is organized and squeaky-clean, while mine's not so much.

"I don't think it'll be a good idea," I said.

Then her smile washed away. From her expression, I could already tell that she's upset.

"Why?" She squealed.

"My apartment looked like as if a tornado just landed on it." She giggled, and went to her little kitchen then picked up a strawberry, and took a bite.

"Then I'll help you clean," she simply said.

I thought about it for a while, I think that'll be a good idea.

"Okay, sure. I warn you."

She smiled and nodded. She put on her sandals and grabbed her bag. We then walked out.

When we climbed out of the motorcycle, Audrey started scanning the whole place.

"This place is a little isolated. It kind of reminded me of a ghost town," she commented. I chuckled and nodded.

"So you prefer being away from downtown?" she asked.

"Well, not exactly. When I was just looking for a house for sale, I was already tired. My aunt was there to help me, and she even told me not to pick here," Audrey was still looking around while listening to me.

"But because of laziness and tiredness, I picked the house. My aunt even told me that I wouldn't be able to survive a day because I can't cook, and I still have to travel to downtown." I smiled as I recalled. Audrey transferred her attention to me.

"You can't cook?" she asked surprised.

"Nope," I sheepishly replied.

She nodded slowly with her arms crossed.

"Your aunt is right." She smiled, revealing her teeth.

"We shall go inside James." I agreed and walked in.

When we got in the house, Audrey's eyes widened. I looked away to hide my embarrassment. She then started walking towards my room. She looked around and picked up random things. She then stared at my bed, shockingly. I forgot to fix it.

"You don't fix your bed whenever you wake up?" She asked.

"Sometimes. It depends on my mood."

She just nodded and said, "We shall clean this place up. Let's start fixing your bed first. Do you have any new bed sheets?"

"Yeah, I shall get them in my closet."

I made my way towards my closet and grabbed some random bed sheets. I went back to Audrey and gave them to her. She started clearing out the bed.

"Here. Put this fitted sheet on the bed."

She then gave me the white fitted sheet. I'm the one who tucks the elasticated ends of the sheet around the corners of the mattress while Audrey takes off the pillow's covers.

Afterwards, we put the top sheet on then folded the end of the top sheet tightly under the mattress. Next, we placed the duvet or comforter on top. We put in the new cases in the pillows then we proceeded on fluffing the pillows and placing them on my bed. Then we're done. My bed looked so much better.

I started vacuuming the floor, while she dusts off the dirt on the lamp.
Then we continued cleaning up the whole room. Afterwards, we're all done.

"Okay, now in the living room." She then marched out of the bedroom.

Audrey turned on the radio. Frank Sinatra's song, I've Got a Crush on You, filled the room. Audrey then started humming with the song. The song is perfectly related to what I'm feeling right now.

'How glad the many millions of Annabelles and Lillians
Would be to capture me
But you had such persistence, you wore down my resistance
I fell and it was swell.'

I can't help but to observe her while she arranges the photo frames. She still moves with the music so gracefully. While she was backing away, I then saw a box on the floor. When she was about to trip, I immediately ran towards her and caught her.

'I'm your big and brave and handsome romeo
How I won you I shall never never know
It's not that you're attractive
But, oh, my heart grew active
When you came into view'

She was surprisingly light. She turned her head back a little to look at me. She smiled at me and giggled. I smiled back and helped her up. She suddenly turned around, now facing me.

"Let's dance," she said.

"Sure," I replied, happily.

She placed her left arm on my right shoulder and I put my right hand on her lower back and my left hand gently holding her right hand. We started swaying to the music.

'I've got a crush on you, sweetie pie
All the day and night-time give me sigh
I never had the least notion that
I could fall with so much emotion'

I started leading her gently back and forth with the beat of the music, and guided her in a small circle around the floor.

'Could you coo, could you care
For a cunning cottage we could share
The world will pardon my mush
Cause I have got a crush on you'

I then lifted her left arm up and to her right to lead her into the turn. She then started twirling three-quarters. I stepped to my left about a quarter to meet her. Afterwards, I lowered my arm and gently pulled her back towards me, and we continued dancing. My blue eyes gazing at her magical hazel eyes. It was perfection. I leaded her to another twirl.

'Could you coo, could you care
For a cunning cottage
That we could share
The world will pardon my mush
Cause I have got a crush, my baby, on you'

When the music ended, we were still holding close, and our eyes still locked up to each other. Then suddenly I started leaning towards her just like a magnet. She closed her eyes and started moving her face slowly towards me. When our lips were finally close to each other, I tilted my head. Then our lips finally met for the first time. My world stopped spinning.

I'm now in a state of happiness. I was being carried away by this overwhelming emotion. Her lips were soft, and sweet. She then wrapped her arms around my neck. Her kiss was tender and loving, not something sexual. I want to stay like this forever, but we can't. We slowly pulled away after a few seconds then we opened our eyes.

She suddenly hugged me tightly. I then held her close. She looked up at me, lovingly. I then cupped her face with my hand and slowly stroke her cheek with my thumb. I then kissed her forehead, and held her tightly with my arms.
