The Snow Queen Part 5

Tina rode on Toris until they came to the end of the forest. From there, they looked apon the frozen landscape before them. They had made it to the Snow Queen's kingdom at last. The two found a small cottage there and they spent the night with the Ukrainian woman who lived there.

Ukraine: I'm in it! I'm so happy!

"You came all came all this way to save your friend?" Katyusha asked after Tina had finished telling her story,"don't worry I'll help you! I have friend who lives farther in the kingdom. She'll be your last stop before reaching the snow queen's palace." After she gave Tina and Toris some food to eat, Katyusha began look for something to write on. In the end, she took a raw fish and carved a message on the side.

Everyone: a fish!?

Me: get over yourselves. Desperate times call for desperate measures.

The next morning, Toris and Tina headed off again with the fish. Winter was almost here and Berwald was running out of time. As they ran along, a group of reindeer came running along beside them.
"Your home!" The head reindeer yelled happy as he ran beside them,"Toris your finally home!" Toris looked like he was about to cry with joy.
"Yes Alfred," Toris answered," I am. But first I must keep my promise and take this girl to the Snow Queen's palace. The next time you see me, I'll be here to stay!"

America: the hero is here!

Nyo Russia: da for five seconds.

America: shut up villain!

Nyo Russia: at least I'm not insignificant

Me: shut up! Both of you!

They kept running on through the snow queen's kingdom till they can apon the house of Katyusha's friend. Both Tina and Toris were exhausted, they feel asleep as soon as the women let them in.
Natalia, Katyusha's friend, spotted the fish and read the message. It said please help this girl get to the Snow Queen's palace. Natalia stared at it for a moment before looking at Tina. Why would this girl want go to the Snow Queen? Once the two woke up and ate, Tina explained her story and Natalia looked worriedly outside.
"What's the matter?" Tina asked looking up from her food. Natalia was quiet for a moment before turning back to Tina.
"Your almost out of time," Natalia said simply,"winter is almost here. By the end of this storm, winter will officially have started."

Belarus: why am I not helping my brother!?

Me: anyway

Tina hopped to her feet and was out the door. The fear of loosing Berwald sent her out into the cool realm.
"Come on Toris!" She called and the deer turned to look at Natalia for a moment.
"Is there anything you can give to help her?" Toris asked. He cared for the little girl and worried about the fate that awaited her at the palace of the Snow Queen.

Lithuania: *blushing*

Me: no need to feel embarrassed

America: yeah I mean your a part of my herd!

Nyo Denmark: hello can we finish my story!

Nyo Norway: *pulls tie*

"Nyet," Natalia said coolly,"it has only been her power that has gotten here this far. Only she had the power to save her friend." As Toris chased after Tina, Natalia went back inside her house. Her eyes went wide as she realized Tina had forgotten her shoes and mittens.
"Wait!" Natalia yelled, but wasn't heard over the howling wind as Tina and Toris ran off. And if you listened closely, you could hear the Snow Queen's laughter in the wind.

Nyo Russia: kol kol kol kol

Everyone else: *trying to hide*

The closer they got the palace the harder it became to fight against the fierce wind that was trying to push them back. Tina held on to Toris for dear life.

America: don't you mean deer life?

Me: ha ha very funny. *hits him upside the head*

"You have to keep going!" Tina begged Toris who was struggling to keep going. Finally, the exhausted reindeer feel to the snow covered ground.
"I can't," Toris said sadly,"I'm sorry." Tina hopped off him and tried to help him up. He only came tumbling down again.
"Please," Tina pleaded,"you have to! We're almost there." Then, Tina looked at the poor deer for a moment. A look of guilt flashed apon her face. Bending down, Tina kissed Toris on the forehead.
"I'm sorry for pushing you so hard," Tina said as she rose,"I'll come back for you!" Toris tried to get up again, but fell and could only watch as Tina went to complete the last leg of her journey.

Nyo Finland: *can't breathe because we are all hugging her* guys I can't breathe

Me: *lets go* sorry you are just so cute!

Tina forced herself onward as the Snow Queen made the winds colder and stronger. Nothing could deter her from saving Berwald. Finally, she came to the front doors of the Snow Queen's palace.
"Snowflakes!" The Queen cried,"guard my palace!" As her voice roared through the wind, the snowflakes stopped midair in front of the palace. Tina, finding she could not get through the snowflakes that continued to gather, prayed for help. As the words left her lips, Angels made of her hot breath appeared and cut her a path through the snowflakes. Tina rushed through them and into the palace of the Snow Queen.

Nyo Tina: I've made it!

Nyo Russia: you haven't won yet da?

Tina's bare feet slid among the frozen floors of the Snow Queen's palace as she searched high and low for Berwald. Finally, she came apon the throne room of the Snow Queen there she finally found him. The Snow Queen's throne sat apon a frozen lake where Berwald sat almost frozen.
"Berwald!" Tina yelled as she slid out him. The boy didn't move as looked down intently at a pile of chucks of ice.
"If I can complete this task," Berwald whispered,"here on the mirror of reason, the Snow Queen will let me leave."

Me: alright everyone! The next chapter will be the last chapter of the Snow Queen!
