"Sunniva? Sunniva? Oh..." Arthur groaned in annoyance,"somebody's got to nail that girl's fins to the floor."
"Arthur!" Toris cried out as he quickly swam up to him."Arthur, I've been looking all over for you. I've got an urgent message from the sea king." Arthur's face paled.
"The sea king?" Arthur asked worriedly.
"He wants to see you right away." Toris added. "Something about Sunniva." The brunette then swam off leaving a now panicking Arthur.
"He knows!" Arthur said completely terrified.

Everyone: *already planning England's funeral*

England: it's a freaking story! I'm not actually going to die, you idiots!

Russia: *cracking his knuckles in the background*

England: *sweat drop* I'm gonna die

Meanwhile, King Ivan sat on his throne. He twirled in his hand the flower Sunniva had behind his ear that morning.
"Let's see, now. . ." King Ivan said thinking a loud."Oh, who could the lucky merman be?" He smiled lightly to himself as he saw Arthur pause at the doorway. Arthur gulped to himself as Ivan continued looking at the flower.

France: wow and I thought I was the chill dad when it came to my kids dating?

Russia: as long as I know who Alaska is dating than I'm fine....

America: he also spies on Alaska's dates and Alaska in general....

Russia: your the one who does the background checks da?

America: at least I'm getting a wedding invitation!

Alaska: what the hell are you guys talking about!? Your completely off topic and since when am I getting married!?

"Come in, Arthur." Ivan said without looking at Arthur as he began to walk to the throne.
"I mustn't overreact. I must remain calm." Arthur told himself under his breath as he walked to the throne and looked up at King Ivan.
"Yes -" Arthur began but his voice was five octaves higher than usual. He cut himself off and tried again.
"Yes, Your Majesty." Arthur said in his normal voice as King Ivan confused to twirl the flower around.
"Now, Arthur, I'm concerned about Sunniva. Have you noticed she's been acting peculiar lately?" King Ivan asked without looking at Arthur.
"Peculiar?" Arthur asked nervously as King Ivan finally looked at him.
"You know, moaning about, daydreaming, singing to herself. . . . " King Ivan chuckled. "You haven't noticed, hmm?"
"Oh - well, I -" Arthur stuttered not really sure what his next move should be.
"Arthur...." King Ivan said with another chuckle.
"Hmmm?" Arthur asked only getting more and more nervous.
"I know you've been keeping something from me. . . ." King Ivan said playfully.
"Keeping . . . " Arthur paused before continuing,"something?"
"About Sunniva?" King Ivan asked with a large cat like smile.
"Sunniva?" Arthur asked thought he really wanted more than anything to hide in his shell.
"In love?" King Ivan asked still quiet amused with this whole thing. It was than that Arthur snapped and swam so he was right in front of the king's face.
"I tried to stop her, sir. She wouldn't listen. I told her to stay away from humans - they are bad, they are trouble, they -" Arthur said quickly and panicky.
"Humans? WHAT ABOUT HUMANS?" King Ivan yelled confused and angry. Arthur's eyes widened as he realized the mistake he made.
"Humans? Ho ho ho ho. . . . " Arthur said nervously with a small fake laugh. He swam backwards away from the seething King Ivan. "Who said anything about humans?" King Ivan was far to fast for Arthur and caught the crab on his hand. He pulled Arthur to him for he wanted to know exactly what was happening and what was going on.
Meanwhile, Sunniva and Vladimir were entering the cave. Sunniva followed her fish friend excitedly as Vladimir poked fun at her.
"Vladimir, why can't you just tell me what this is all about?" Sunniva asked impatiently as they kept swimming.
"You'll see. It's a suprise." Vladimir said with a laugh as they entered the cavern of all Sunniva's treasures. It was then that Sunniva saw the large stone statue of Matthias.
"Oh, Vladimir- Vladimir you're the best!" Sunniva yelled as she swam up to the statue. "It looks just like him. It even has his eyes. 'Why, Matthias, run away with you? This is all so - so sudden. . . .'" Sunniva laughed happily as she hugged the statue tightly.

Nyo Norway: can you please just kill me!?

England: how did that statue get in there? I mean the hole at the top is to small and I don't think fish Romania could have moved through the cave and into there.

Everyone: huh? I never thought of that before.

In the shadows of the entrance, King Ivan floated with his arms crossed and a cowering Arthur among the rocks on the cave floor. As Sunniva admired the statue, she spun around in joy and locked eyes with the furious sea king.
"Daddy! . . ." Sunniva yelped in shock as her father swam into the light.

America: swim! Swim into the light Russia! You would be doing all of us a favor!

Russia: da! *strangling America* and you'll come with me!

"I consider myself a reasonable merman. I set certain rules, and I expect those rules to be obeyed." King Ivan hissed as Sunniva swam behind the statue of Matthias.
"But Daddy!-" Sunniva began but was cut off by King Ivan.
"Is it true you rescued a human from drowing?" King Ivan demanded as Sunniva counties to hide.
"Daddy, I had to-" Sunniva said as tried to defend herself, but once again her father cut her off.
"Contact between the human world and the mer-world is strictly forbidden. Sunniva, you know that! Everyone knows that!" King Ivan yelled as he only got angrier. He slid a hand down his face and pinch the bridge of his nose in annoyance.

Russia: don't any of you dare!

America: what? Make a comment about...

England: America, you idiot, don't do it!

France: non! America, for once the black sheep of Europe is actually making sense!

England: I told you not to call me that frog!

China: *already hiding and shushing everyone else who is also hiding*

America: your huge nose!

Russia: *literally tries to shoot America with a sniper rifle*
