"Mom ... Pop ... you're the greatest parents anyone could have, but ... I-I gotta know." Hercales said sadly to them.

England: I'd love to hear that a bit more often!

All his old colonies: *cough* you don't deserve it *cough*

England: who said that!?

All his old colonies: *whistling innocently*

The next morning, Hercales, with only a bag, a shawl, and his normal cloths, started his journey to the Temple. He hugged Máximo and Madeline, who are there to see him off. He turned around after a few steps and waved goodbye. They wave back, and he turned back to the road, starting to sing again.
"I am on my way
        I can go the distance
        I don't care how far
        Somehow I'll be strong
        I know every mile
        Will be worth my while
I would go most anywhere to find where I belong."
After traveling all day, Hercales had reached the Temple of Romulus and entered. He took the bag off his shoulder and fingered the medallion again.

France: *snickering in the background*

Me: would you and your dirty mind take a chill pill!

He kneeled in the middle of the Temple, before the statue of Romulus.

Rome: I feel so loved!

Germania: *face palm*

"Oh, mighty Romulus. Please ... hear me, and answer my prayer. I need to know: who am I?  Wh-where do I belong?" Hercales asked desperately to the statue.

Rome: mighty Romulus.

Germania: dear gods.

A wind blew through the Temple. A bolt of lightning hit the statue of Romulus and ignited flames in the braziers. And the statue came to life.
"My boy.  My little Hercules." Romulus said happily as he reached out for him.
"AAAHHHH!!!" Hercales screamed as he turned and started to run. Romulus continued trying to grab hold of Hercales and eventually caught him.
"Hey, hey, hey, hold on kiddo! What's your hurry? After all these years is this the kind of hello you give your father?" Romulus asked with a small chuckle.
"F-f-f-father?" Hercales asked as he poked his head out from between Romulus' hands.

Nyo America: Luke!

Me: don't you dare!

Nyo America: I am your father!

Nyo England: kill me now.

"Didn't know you had a famous father, did you? Surprise!! Look how you've grown. Why, you've got your mother's beautiful eyes, and my strong chin. Hah!" Romulus announced happily as he relaxed his hands, letting Hercales stand on his palm.

Ancient Greece: *smiles slightly*

Rome: oh! Does someone still...? *is hit upside the head by Ancient Greece*

Ancient Greece: in your dreams! Besides I thought you were dating China.

Rome: I get around....

Ancient Greece: *hits him upside the head again* and he wonders why modern Greece takes more after me.

Rome: But in that regard our son takes more after me.

Greece: I take after both of you in that regard. Mama Greece is just more loyal.

Me: this is going to last forever! Back to the story!

"I don't understand. If you're my father, that would make me a --" Hercales stated wide eyed before his father cut him off.
"A god." Romulus finished, smiling.
"A god. A god!" Hercales stated happily, almost not believing it.
"Hey, you wanted answers, and by thunder you're old enough now to know the truth." Romulus announced.
"But why'd you leave me on Earth? Didn't you want me?" Hercales asked him sadly.
"Of course we did. Your mother and I loved you with all our hearts. But someone stole you from us and turned you mortal, and only gods can live on Mount Olympus." Romulus answered with just as much sadness.

Everyone: *looks at Prussia*

Prussia: why you all looking at the awesome me?! It was them! *points at Romano and Italy*

Romano: it was your master plan, potato bastard!

Italy: how am I a villain?

"And you can't do a thing?" Hercales asked.
"I can't, Hercales, but you can." Romulus stated with hope in his voice.
"R-really? Wh-what? I-I'll do anything." Hercales said desperately.
"Hercales, if you can prove yourself a true hero on Earth, your god-hood will be restored!" Romulus stated boldly.
"A true hero. Great! Uh ... exactly how do you become a true hero?" Hercales asked, having no idea where to begin.
"First, you must seek out Folkert , the trainer of heroes." Romulus told him.

Germania: hmmm....

"Seek out Folkert. Right. I'll --" He said as he walked backwards and accidentally fell off Romulus' palm. "Whoa!"
"Whoa! Hold your horses! Which reminds me ..." Romulus said before he smiled and whistled. A star fell down through an opening in the roof. As it fell, it turns into the Pegasus Kiku. He caught Hercales on his back before landing on the ground.
"Ha ha! You probably don't remember Kiku ... but you two go way back, son." Romulus stated as he smiled down at them. Kiku sniffed Hercales then bonked foreheads with him and licked him.

Japan: *blushing his face off, embarrassed* did I really have to be Pegasus?

Greece: can he be Meg instead?

Japan: *blushing even more* that's not what I meant.

"Oh, Kiku!" Hercales chuckled before petting above his nose.
"He's a magnificent horse. With the brain of a bird." Romulus stated proudly. Kiku tweeted, then looked confused; he was unsure of he should take that as an insult or not. Hercales climbed onto Kiku's back.
"I'll find Folkert and become a true hero!" Hercales declared as he looked up at his father again.
"That's the spirit!" Romulus encouraged.
"I won't let you down, father!" Hercales stated before Romulus blew a strong from behind Kiku, sending him and Hercales into the air.
"Yee-haw!" Hercales yelled excitedly as he clung to Kiku's main.

Nyo America: *laughing*

Greece: *face palm*

"Good luck, son." Romulus called after Hercales as he and Kiku flew off into the night sky. Up in the air, Hercales began to sing again.
"I will beat the odds
        I can go the distance
        I will face the world
        Fearless, proud and strong
        I will please the gods
        I can go the distance
'Till I find my hero's welcome right where I belong!"
