"I think so. What do you think, Bella?" Katyusha asks as the two fairies try to think of ways to make Lily's dress better.
"I think we've had enough of this nonsense. I think we ought to think of Lily, and what she'll think of this mess. I still think what I thunk before. I'm going to get those wands." Bella says angrily as she pulls herself out of the dress which falls to pieces. Bella then storms off.
"You know, I think she's right." Katyusha says thoughtfully as Bella pulls the wands out of the cupboard where they were hidden.
"Here they are, good as new." Bella says happily as she brings the wands to the others.
"Careful, Bella! Quick, lock the doors. Katyusha, you close the windows. Plug up every cranny, We can't take any chances!" Elizabeta orders and the three fairies quickly cover every crack to the outside world. If any of there colorful magic was spotted, Natalia would know exactly where to find them and Lily.
"And now," Elizabeta says while turning to Katyusha,"you take care of the cake." Katyusha nodded as she got to work.
"While I ..." Bella begins while turning towards the remains of the original dress.
"Clean the room, dear, And I'll make the dress. Well, hurry!" Elizabeta orders quickly as she begins on the dress again. Bella glared angrily for a moment before she starts cleaning.
"Come on, bucket, mob, broom, Elizabeta says, clean up the room!" Bella says while waving her wand. The cleaning supplies immediately start cleaning everything.
"And now to make a lovely dress, fit the grace of fair princess." Elizabeta says as she works another sheet of pink cloth with her wand.
"Eggs, flour, milk," Katyusha says with a wave of her wand and the ingredients come walking up to her.
"Just do it the way it's here in the book. I'll put on the candles." Katyusha says as she points to the book and the cake starts to bake itself.Hungary: if only cooking were that easy.
Everything went smoothly and quickly. That was, until Bella caught sight of the dress.
"Oh no, not pink. Make it blue." Bella says as she waves her wand making the dress blue.America: I love this part!
Poland: it should be pink.
France: blue.
"Bella! Make it pink," Elizabeta scolds as she quilt changes the color back.
"Blue." Bella says as she changes the color again.
"Pink." Elizabeta says now clearly annoyed as she changed the color.
"Blue." This time however Elizabeta stepped in front of the dress and her dress got turned pink instead. Quickly, it became a miniature war as the two fairies began hiding behind things and shifting color changing magic at one another. They fail to notice however that some of their was exiting through the chimney and making little fireworks of blue and pink. Toris sees the colors from a distance as he flys and comes to investigate. He sits on top of the chimney and almost gets hit a few times by the magic. Toris stays, knowing very well the fairies had to be here. Meaning Princess Erika was here.
Elizabeta and Bella continue their war unawares. They don't stop until they hit Lily's dress at the same time making it look like a can of pink and blue paint had been poured on it.
"Look what you've done!" Elizabeta yelled at Bella as the three fairies surrounded the dress.
"Shh, listen!" Katyusha said and all three fairies hear Lily humming her song from earlier.
"It's Lily!" Bella yelled in panic.
"She's back, enough of this foolishness." Elizabeta hissed at the two fairies.
"Make it pink," Elizabeta said quickly making the dress completely pink,"Now hide, quick." The brunette grabbed Katyusha, who speedily finished lighting the candles on the cake, and hid behind some of the furniture.
"Blue." Bella said as she changed the dress's color again before hiding. Outside, Lily hurried toward the cottage.
"And Elizabeta," Lily said thinking aloud as she got closer. Inside, however, a mop is still cleaning the floor.
"Good gracious, who left the mop running?" Elizabeta asked as she noticed it.
"Stop, mop!" Bella ordered; it quickly stopped and went to the other cleaning supplies. It leaned now magic less against the wall. Lily opened the door and entered the dark cottage. Toris flew down and listened at the door curiously.Belarus: *pats Toris's head* Good... *has trouble saying it* job
Lithuania: *extremely happy and blushing* welcome
"And Elizabeta, Katyusha, and Bella! Where is everybody?" Lily asked as she looked inside. Then she saw the dress and cake."Oh!"
"Surprise, surprise!" All three fairies said as they came out of their hiding places.
"Happy birthday!" Katyusha said as the three surrounded Lily.
"Oh you darlings, this is the happiest day of my life. Everything's so wonderful, just wait till you meet him." Lily said happily.
"Him?" Katyusha asked concerned.
"Lily!" Bella exclaimed.
"You've met some stranger?" Elizabeta asked afraid.
"Oh he's not a stranger, we've met before." Lily answered all dreamy eyed.
"You have?" A shocked Elizabeta asked.
"Where?" Bella asked.
"Once upon a dream!" Lily exclaims as she pulled Katyusha in to a dance. They spun around the room as Lily sang.
"I know you
I walked with you
Once upon a dream ..."
"She's in love." Katyusha stated worriedly as they stopped dacing.
"Oh no." Bella said sadly.
"This is terrible!" Elizabeta yelled.
"Why? After all, I am sixteen." Lily asked startled.
"It isn't that, dear." Elizabeta answered sadly.Switzerland: *snort* it should be.
"You're already betrothed." Katyusha explained.
"Betrothed?" Lily asked wide eyed.
"Since the day you were born." Bella added on.
"To prince Lukas, dear." Katyusha commented.
"But that's impossible! How could I marry a prince, I'd have to be ..." Lily said in complete disbelief.
"A princess," Bella finished with a nod.
"And you are dear!" Katyusha said happily.
"Princess Erika. Tonight, we're taking you back to your father, King Vash." Elizabeta explained to the very startled girl. Toris smiled and flew off; he had all the information he needed for Natalia.
