I woke up to the heavy smell of sewers.

I swear on my dr. beats back home, it was so strong that it made my head spin, although it could be spinning due to the blows I took. Ah! I think the world will never know.

I slowly opened my eyes and blinked, adjusting to the darkness in the room.

It felt so drowsy and my stomach was killing me. I wouldn't be surprised if it was all covered in blue and purple bruises by now.

My jaw was another different story.

It was stinging so bad that it was difficult to even move it. It may be broken for all I knew.

I tilted my head up to look at my tied hands and they were banded with a tight rope to a pipe.

How fascinating!

From the smell and darkness and round, curved walls my guess was that we were in an underground tunnel which was a sewer as well.

Lucky me, I guess.

"Is the sleeping beauty up at last?"

I turned to the voice talking.

It was a man with something terribly, terribly wrong with his voice.

Don't I know him? No, Alora. I would never let you know a man with pig grunts for a voice. My subconscious is just a beautiful gift from God.

Memories rushed in of Cadence barging in and informing about the mission, Mr. Reid and the flu guy, which was the person talking now.

He really needed to get checked out by a doctor concerning his voice.

The better question was had it all happened the last hour or day or year?

I've got absolutely no fucking idea how long I was out. That wasn't the problem, I had accomplished what I wanted from the start. I had got caught and they had moved me away from the café, away from all those civilians.

Everyone was happy.

I had started my missions in the public exactly like my brother wanted me to and now I would find out the reason they were after Mr. Reid and get them off his back without anyone watching me.

See? Happy AF.

I know I'm a genius, no need to state the obvious, now.

"You're terribly mistaken if you're comparing me to a princess. Trust me, I'm far more prettier than her." My voice was raspy and dry from the lack of water and I realized that this statement lead to a current of bad things.

One, it lead me to bleed, which trust me isn't as cool as it sounds.

Two, I came to know that my jaw wasn't only one of the things hurting me like Cadence never could.

My upper lip was cut pretty deep, considering from the pain.

I licked it but it only made it worse.

He chuckled and I cringed.

His voice was so Goddamn annoying and it was killing my already dead head from the pain even more.

"I don't think so, princessa. You couldn't even knock three most idiotic, under trained people of my team. I don't fear you." He snickered.

I smirked a little. It felt more like a grimace to me than a smile, actually.

"You're right. I couldn't knock down your three most 'pathetic team members' as you like to call them but as far as I remember I did knock you down.... In one single go, might I add."
