DISCLAIMER: I do not own any picture.

And he clicked open the door I was leaning on.

Everything happened in a blur, one second I was glaring at those beautiful green eyes and the next I had the dark night sky as the view.

Coming back to my senses just in time, I shot out a hand to stabilize my body weight seconds before my head collided with the ground below.

Blood rushed to my brain, the chirping which'd subsided a little, coming back in full blow.

I grunted, pulling the rest of my body out of the car just as I turned to glare at the dickhead laughing his ass off.

I wanted to strangle his pretty little neck and never let him breathe again. I swear I'm not violent.

"Oh god, you- you should've seen your face. Fuck." He said between his laughter fits, cluchthing his stomach.

He was going to regret ever stepping on the plane in the morning. I was going to make him regret it.

Huffing, I turned back around, stomping all the way to the entrance of one of the branch of our hotel chain.

I wasn't surprised. Cadence cannot stay in anything lesser than luxurious hotels even if its for just one night.

It's a build-in installation of the Barbie instruction manual: Only five star hotels.

Then you wonder why I call her Barbie.

As I walked towards the entrance, footsteps followed after me with their owner still chuckling

As I walked towards the entrance, footsteps followed after me with their owner still chuckling.

He won't be laughing that much tomorrow, that I swear on my blood. And I shit you not when I say that was the only thing keeping me walking instead of pouncing on the asshole and chopping his every body part in mince pieces.

Again, I swear I'm not violent... at least not that much.

Seeing me walk in, two men got up from the lobby couches, silently handing Arsen and me both a hotel keycard.

"Miss Hadley has already retired in her room. I was given the order to show you to your rooms and look at your injuries, Miss Pierce. Would you please follow me." One of them who I'm assuming was the 'medical expert' said, keeping his voice to avoid any attention.

We both nodded mutely, trailing behind the man in silence.

Arsen was a little behind me.

Wise man he was, keeping his distance. Maybe he could sense the demon inside me.

After a few peaceful silent minutes in elevator-- which I welcomed like gummy bears-- and countless hallways, we finally reached our rooms which surprise, surprise were next to each other's. First one was Arsen's and a little further down the hall, was mine.
