In the computer screen underground, Caleb Prior watched over his brainwashed sister. He had not gotten affected since the serum did not go through do concrete
"Any news?" Cara asks from behind.
"She's pregnant." He replies.
"That. That's not good." Cara says.
"Yes it's not. Her artificial organs haven't completely finished adapting with her body. This process required 5-7 years according to our experiments on her nerves awhile back. With pregnancy, her body will malfunction. You can't use artificial organs and expect to raise a healthy baby. She won't be able to tolerate the nutrients the fetus requires with her half baked body" He says
Tris had been resurrected. She may be part artificial but she's still very strong minded.
"Well there's no way we can tell her the truth and expect to convince her." Cara says. "She is brainwashed as well."
"Surprisingly." Caleb scoffs. "Jeanine had a pretty good run with her clones."
"Why can't we just abduct her. Send some agents to get her at night then take the fetus out and inject some day long memory serum before sending her back." Cara suggests.
"Too risky. Tris doesn't need any more memory wash. Even if we kidnapped her, could we outfight her? Slim chance. Plus she found Four again. There is absolutely no way we will beat him. Practically no one stands a chance fighting Four." Caleb objects
"Okay so we talk with her, but conceal the truth and deceive her."
"Erudite tactics precisely." Caleb nods.

Tris POV
Tobias and I got home last night. The minute he hit the stairs he practically sprinted down. After touching ground, he finally calmed down
"That wasn't so bad was it?" I chuckle.
He shrugs,"I'm not sure I'd like to do that again."
"Well I'll definitely cherish it." I grin. "We should get back.
He nods. We start heading back.
I'm about halfway to the train when a sudden burst of pain comes from my lower abdominals. I feel like my insides are being torn apart fiber by fiber.
I can't help but let out an agonizing scream. Followed by another That accidently escaped my mouth and echoed through the night.
"Tris!" Four catches me. Thankfully he walked behind me. My body slouches and he pulls me into him.
"God your freezing Tris." He says. "We need to get back quick."
"I can walk." I push away with no success. He's sweepers me odd the ground and broken off into a light jog towards the train. My head is against his chest, and I relax a lot as his pulse beats strongly into my ear.
"You're gonna be alright Tris. Just hang in there." It's the last thing I hear before I pass out.
LINEBREAK
I awaken in the infirmary. The sun is light. There is a tube attached to my wrist, for my pulse.
I try to sit up, but a firm voice replies "Stay" and pushes my gently back down.
I look around, it's the nurse. She looks worriedly at me.
"Tris how many times did I tell you you couldn't train anymore. Its too risky." The nurse sighed.
"Wait! Is the baby-?!"
"Yes, you were very lucky again. It's still alive and in your body."
The lump in my throat sinks. It's gonna be okay.
"But Tris, you must know that next time, no matter what movement that you choose to over test, will be too much. And that can result in your life endangered and almost no chance for your fetus." The nurse warns. "I'll give you some privacy. You have a guest who's been asking for your condition almost every hour for the past day."
'Wait, I've been asleep for two days?'
I haven't figured out what actually happened when Four practically kicked down the door.
"You're awake." He says quietly.
"Yea unless I'm dreaming again." I say
"No your not." He says, "You almost died."
"But I'm alive okay. I am breathing fine and happily and so is my baby." I address
"Yea okay and I only spent one and a half day worrying shit that you were gone. It took every last nerve for me to not take out the nurse and bust down that door." He says.
"Uhh well I'm glad you didn't." I say
"Please Tris." He says quietly.
"What?"
"Don't do this to yourself. It's putting your life at stake way more than ever and I can't always protect you." He says.
"Look. I can do this. And it's not like I don't know how to defend myself." I defy
"Yea I believed all that before you passed out fighting Christina that last time when she barely touched you." He snaps
"Look since when did you care anyways?" I say, "This is none of your business."
"Your right it is not my business. Im trying to save you."
"I don't get why I'm perfectly fine the way I am right now." I chuckle
"Yea you're in the infirmary for the third time since memory loss and most of the cases weren't injuries." he sarcastically says
"Ok so what makes you act like such a protective mentor. We barely know each other." I say.
"You opened up my life and world when I thought I didn't need it. I'm returning. The favor. You know you don't always have to do everything yourself, I learned the hard way." He replies
I sit up, clearly there's no way to outargue him. "Okay fine. But as soon as I get this labor over with, I do everything on my own. Deal?"
I see a hint of disappointment and irritation in his eyes. He thinks for a second before replying "Fine... Deal."
I smile, "Will you help me up then?"
"No your staying put. A doctor from a different faction is coming over to our compound in about 3 hours. You are not to agitate your condition."
