Samara's POV
I could hear my alarm going off, which made me realize that it was now currently 7:30. Climbing out of my bed, I knew I was correct. I did have trouble sleeping last night, which came as no surprise to me. My eyes were having trouble staying awake. I probably got a maximum of 2 hours of sleep last night, which I knew was going to affect my day at school. Deciding that I didn't want to dress up as much today, I grabbed a grey halter top that read "Never Underestimate the Power of a Woman", a plaid skater skirt, and some slip on Vans.

"Hey sis." Holden came from downstairs.

"Hi Holden." I greeted him.

"Well you look pretty." He commented and gave me a smile.

"Thanks, don't want to look like a slob for my day back to school after everything that happened." I explained.

"So, who would care if you wanted to dress lazily?! You got stabbed, everybody should give you a break!" He got defensive.

"Nobody would probably care, but I know that I would." I reasoned.

"Oh, well ok." He nodded.

I grabbed myself a bowl, some milk, and some Lucky Charms. Best cereal ever! I heard my phone buzz, so I grabbed it and read the text message.

"Hey Mar, I'm coming to pick you up in 5 so be ready." It read.

"Ok, cool. Thanks!" I responded.

"Who was that?" Holden asked, while making himself some toast.

"Jazmine. She's picking me up." I told him.

"Oh ok." He replied.

I knew that she would be here in 3 minutes, so I grabbed my white wallet-purse and just decided that I would carry my books everywhere.

"Bye Holden!" I yelled, still trying to be quiet so I wouldn't wake our parents.

"Bye Mar!" He shouted back.

I ran out the door, making sure to lock up behind. After waiting 2 more minutes, I saw Jazmine's car pull up around the block corner. She pulled up to my house and then pulled up in the driveway. I ran over to the car and got into her Audi(she's very lucky). Once I buckled in, she started to reverse and pull out. I noticed that she was wearing a simple outfit as well. Her outfit consisted of a black little crop top, some floral high-waisted loose shorts, some black booties, and a black sun hat.

"Well don't you look pretty today Jazmine!" I gave her a flirtatious wink.

"Shut up ya dork!" She laughed and smiled.

"Well, how do I look?" I waited, but she never said anything, so I asked.

"Hella good Mar! I'm in love with your shirt." She said smiling.

"Thanks Jaz!" I chuckled and turned on the radio.

The song that ended up coming on was "Moment 4 Life" by Nicki Minaj and Drake. Our jam!

I yelled, but sang along at the same time to the song.

"Oh my lord Mar, please just become a singer already!" She yelled over my loud, obnoxious singing and chuckled.

"Sureeeeee!" I said sarcastically.

"Yeah, you're gonna thank me one day when you finally become a singer." She gave me a wink.

"Psh, yeah. Ok." I said laughing.

After 5 minutes, we had reached the school parking lot. Jazmine pulled into a parking spot and then we grabbed our stuff and got out of the car. Once we got out, Keenan and Jace ran up to us. Keenan gave Jazmine a kiss on the lips, while Jace gave me a kiss on the cheek. How sweet! Keenan was wearing a grey tee, a red hoodie, some dark grey jeans, and his black Vans. He also added a shark tooth necklace and had his hair in a quiff. What Jace was wearing, consisted of a black tee with buttons, some blue jeans, and dark blue Converse. He looked really attractive today, not that he doesn't everyday. We all walked into the school hallway. Jace being really comforting, held my hand all the way to my locker because he knew people would stare at me today. Once we reached my locker, Jazmine and Keenan went to their lockers, after agreeing we'd all meet during lunch. As I grabbing my books out of my locker, I accidentally dropped one, so Jace picked it up and said "Mar, please just let me carry books. You're still hurting."
