Samara's POV
Last day of high school. Wow! That's crazy to think about. I've been suffering through this hell hole for four years now, and I'm done! I can't believe I'm going to be a high school graduate after today. All of my friends and I had decided on going to different colleges, except Jazmine and I. Spencer had chosen to go to Penn State University. Keenan is going to Cal State University. Jace and his new girlfriend are both going to University of Washington. Jamzine and I are staying together and going to Stanford University. At this point, I don't think Spencer and I will end up dating or getting together. He'll be all the way in Pennsylvania, while I'm here in California. Doesn't matter though because if we truly belong with each other; life will somehow makes us meet again. Anyways, I really do hope the best for him as do he.Continuing on along with my day, I knew what I was going to wear to the graduation under my cap and gown. I decided to wear a black dress, with a ruffled skirt, a bow cut-out at the top and some black heels. Adding a silver choker, and a little necklace, I then threw my hair in a ponytail. At this point, I just want to graduate already! Jazmine decided to invite herself over so we could carpool, which is why my door just busted open out of nowhere.
"Who let you in?" I said almost laughing.
"Your mom." She shrugged.
Jazmine was wearing a white dress, with cutouts on the side, a gold bracelet, and some wedges. Her hair was loosely curled and she wore light makeup.
"Jaz! You look pretty!" I pointed out and smiled.
"So do you!" She complimented back.
"Thanks." I responded.
"So this is it huh? High school's over." I said, while staring down at my blue gown and feeling the fabric.
"Yeah, it's been too long!" Jazmine said and laughed.
"Yeah, I know, but I think I'll really miss high school." I shrugged, thinking about all the good times we had and the memories we've made.
"I know. I'm going to miss Keenan so much too." Jazmine agreed.
"Hey, but I'll be there for you!" I told her in comfort.
"True!" She said happily.
I grabbed my gown and put it on, an then adjusted my cap onto my head, making sure the tassel was on the right. Jazmine doing the same thing.
"Ok, let's go kick some ass!" My friend turned to me and nodded her head.
Laughing at her and shaking my head, I walked down the stairs behind her.
"You guys look beautiful." My mom gushed about us.
"Aw! Thanks mom." I thanked her.
"Thanks Mrs. Salvatore." Jazmine also thanked her.
"Jamzine, after all these years, I thought you would know it's Jen for you." My mom reminded Jazmine.
"I know. It just felt proper." She explained.
"Who the hell cares about proper? I feel old if you call me that. So it's Jen." My mom said, causing me to internally face palm myself.
"Ok Mrs- I mean Jen." Jazmine said and laughed.
"Now time to get some quick pictures." My mom said and pulled out her phone.
"Mom, we can take some after because we're running late and have to go now." I told her and rushed outside.
"Ok, just me just go get your father." She said and walked into the kitchen.
Waiting outside near the car, Holden, Jazmine and I alll just stared at the at, anxiously waiting.
