Chapter Fourteen

RILEY P.O.V

I'm looking for Liam as for I need to talk to him but I have no idea where he is honestly maybe he is in Lou's room hey that rimed kinda.

I hear voices coming from in there I open the door.

"Ew! Okay thats gross not with my sis-" Liam stops dead in the middle of his sentence

"Were you about to say sister?" Lou says

"N- no" Liam stutters. Skylar looks like she would punch him.

"L-Liam S-Skylar your siblings" he says I'm shocked I can't move this is not my spot to be in, But it all makes sense, why Skylar is so touchy with Liam and I and why Liam is touchy with Skylar and Lou. I can't what!

It all is clearing up when Skylar's brother left her (a) she wouldn't tell me his name (b) it was the same year One Direction came third (c) WHAT IS HAPPENING.

she lied she didn't meet Liam in a cafe previously, since we where young we had this thing we would do: keep a secret we could brake if we tell the truth don't judge cause we are more important than the rest. or something like that

I feel like I could choke or cry or something Skylar has been like forever fangirling with me over 1D and-and all those times she cried over her brother and all those times she came between Liam and I and all those times that I have had with Liam what will become of us now I mean we could brake up because of the reason that he is my best friends brother but I don't want to brake up because every time I look into his hazel eyes it's like he can read me and he always knows instantly how I feel and every time I am in his his loving arms I feel safe knowing that he is there.I try to stay quiet but a sob escapes my lips every one turns to look at me but I just run.

"Riley come back" Liam is yelling for me

"Riley" now Skylar I ignore them run onto the bathroom the door closes behind me with a snap I turn on the shower so if Skylar can't hear me.This is her biggest secret I have always trusted her with all my secrets and she can't even tell me one of her own I mean I have always been the best of friend I can be.

I don't know how long goes past but Just stay there hoping to drown my sorrows and stay away from every one that could hurt me or has. I hear the door open DAM IT I forgot to lock the door I tuck my head in the little protective ball that I have made with my legs I am shaking strong arms wrap around my waist and lift me in a hug I don't need to look up to know who it is I know by his smell and it is a smell that I have now known to be my safe spot.

"shhh i'm sorry shhh" Liam says obvious to the fact that he is being drenched but shower water. We stay there for a good long time. I cry myself to sleep in Liams arms.

I awake in his bed shaking and screaming Nightmare they keep me up almost every night. Trying not to wake up Liam wait what I'm in Liams room, He must of kicked Lou into the room I share with skylar I curl up into a ball.

"Riley" Liam says shocked but has a worried look on his face

"Nightmares" I croak out he wraps his arms around me and comforts me until i fall asleep again.
