Fluttering open, a pair of blue eyes locked onto Dan's frame. He was laying next to him, underneath the covers and asleep. Phil smiled lightly, grabbing his hand.

Yawning, Dan spoke, "Good morning, Phil."

"Morning. I have to go to class," Phil replied, beginning to tug off the covers.

Pouting, Dan wrapped his arms around his fiancé and pulled him into his body, "Stay."

"Dan," Phil whined, "I can't."

"Please, Phil?" Dan asked groggily.

Thinking of their previous conversation, Phil asked, "Do you want a child or not?"

"Yes," Dan blurted.

"Then I need to go to class so I can get a job and you need to go to work," Phil laughed.

"Can we name him or her according to my wishes?" Dan asked, grinning cheekily.

Phil glared in Dan's direction, "Not a chance."

"Fine," Dan laughed, releasing him. "When you get home, I'll have dinner ready. And we need to film, okay?"

"Okay," Phil laughed, shoving Dan off and standing.

Dan rolled back over and closed his eyes. A loud beeping awoke him, his hand slapping the snooze button to shut it up. The boy stood and walked into his restroom, staring at his reflection. His hair was curly, causing him to cringe. Some days Dan couldn't help but wonder why anyone loved him.

But the fact of the matter was that Phil did.

Dan turned on the shower and hopped in, feeling the hot water run along his spine. In the next room, the door clicked and footsteps rang out. Ears picking up the sound, Dan turned off the water. When he got out, Phil stood in the doorway.

"Phil, you have to go to class-"

"Dan, you dummy... It's Saturday," Phil chuckled, pulling flowers out from behind his back. Gasping, Dan tucked his towel around his waist and threw his arms around Phil. The black-haired boy nuzzled into his neck and chuckled, looking at the flowers in his hand, "I love you."

"I love you, too."

"Dan?"

"Yes, Phil?"

"Please let go of me so I can kiss you and go make breakfast," Phil laughed.

Dan released him, pecked his lips, and watched as he walked out into the kitchen. Frantically dressing, he pulled on a sweater and jeans before walking out. The flowers sat in a vase on the kitchen table, Phil sitting at the table with a mug of coffee in-hand. The stove had a steaming pot sat on a burner.

"What's that?"

"Lunch," Phil chuckled.

"Why?" Dan replied.

Phil rolled his eyes, sipping his coffee, "I expect you home by two to eat lunch, Howell."

"Alright, love. I will," Dan laughed.

The two of them sat at the table, eating toast and cereal. It was just like the good ol' days, when they were teenagers living together. A door slammed, causing Dan to look up.

Sam was charging in their direction, holding a note, "You're kicking me out?!"

"Damn straight," Dan said, serious face and all.

Sam narrowed her eyes, "Are you kidding me? All because of him?"

Dan nodded slowly, "Um, yeah. Doy? He's my fiancé."

Sam clenched her fists and stormed back to her room. When she reappeared, she held boxes. Stomping toward the door, she snorted and walked out.

"She didn't have much here, did she?" Phil asked.

Dan laughed loudly, "Nope!" Standing, his brown hair hung in his eyes, "I have to go to work. I'll see you later, okay?

"Alright," Phil said, smiling as he pecked him on the lips.

Walking out the door, Dan headed out of the building. He should have turned right to head toward the shop, but instead he turned left. Then another. And another.

Soon, he found himself standing in a jeweler's shop.

In the wedding ring section.

A worker approached, "May I help you?"

Dan cleared his throat, "No, no. I'm just looking, thank you."

"Special girl?" She giggled.

Dan rolled his eyes, "Everyone always assumes it's a girl."

"Oh, I'm sorry! So, special guy, then."

"Yes, and he's amazing. I'd best be going, but-" He stopped in his tracks, pointing at a ring, "How much for that one?"

"Well, a little over seven hundred pounds," She replied.

"Dang. Well, I'll be back. Could you hold two of those for me under the name of Howell?"

She nodded, and Dan spun on his heels and rushed out. He nearly sprinted to work, arriving hardly on time. At two o'clock, as promised, Dan stopped at home to eat lunch. Phil seemed distant, playing with his ring. By the end of his shift, Dan was exhausted.

When he walked into the flat, it was silent.

"Phil, I'm home!" He called.

Nothing.

"Phil?"

"I'm in the bedroom," He groaned.

Slowly, Dan waltzed into the room. Phil laid on the bed, curled up in a ball and watching the cooking channel.

"Are you okay?" Dan asked, putting a hand on his knee. Phil shrugged, propping himself up on his elbows. Fiddling with his ring, he opened his mouth to speak. "You aren't telling me you're leaving me, are you?"

Phil's brows furrowed, "God, no. Dan..." He paused, looking down at his hands, "I was thinking and what I thought may not make sense to you, but it does to me. I want to drop out. My buddy wants me to be in the YouTube business, and I can make money that way. Plus, PJ wants me to do some films with him. I just want to get married and start our lives, Dan."

Dan's eyes widened, "Gee... Well, how much can you make doing YouTube alone?"

"Enough to get by," Phil blurted.

"Are you sure?"

"I'm positive, Dan."

Sighing, the brown-haired boy nodded, "I suppose it might work. We could have the wedding as soon as possible, just a small one. No one has to come but maybe our parents, you know?"

Phil nodded, "And then we can adopt."

"Or we could wait," Dan suggested.

"Or we could adopt," Phil insisted.

"I'll think about it some more, okay?" Dan said. "But you can drop out, if it is really a large concern to you. I will ask you to think about it a bit longer, however."

"I'm done thinking, Dan. And I'm tired of waiting! I want to get on with our lives and have fun. Have a family, run our YouTube lives... You understand," Phil chuckled impatiently.

"Okay," Dan started, "Go ahead and put in for dropping out, Phil. I'll stand by you the entire time."

Smiling, the couple embrace in agreement.
