I walked out of the shower, fully dressed. Jake was on my bed with his phone in his hand, probably playing some game. Joey was looking around at anything, and everything. Mason was on my MacBook trying to figure out my password. We found out that Jasmine poured Coca-Cola on me. They made me lick my arm before I went to get cleaned up. I dried my hair, and then combed it. "YES! FINALLY!" Mason was jumping up and down, cheering. I looked down to my MacBook, and it was unlocked. "What was it??" Jake asked Mason. Mason smirked then replied, "it was her full name. No offense sweetie, but that's the worst password ever." I scoffed, "not like you can think of any better passwords."

"Oh, but I can." Mason and I were just glaring at each other. "Well, me and Jake gotta go. We need to get somewhere, it's really important." I turned to Joey and nodded my head. "See you later Joey. Bye Jake." If I wasn't mistaken, Jake looked lost as if he had no idea what Joey was talking about. Nonetheless, he got up, and left with Joey. When I turned back to Mason, he was already looking at me. As soon as Mason captured my attention, he started wiggling his eyebrows at me. A snicker slipped out, and I smacked the back of his head. "Ow!" He rubbed his head as he mumbled a set of incoherent words under his breath. I just shrugged it off. "So you and Joey, huh??" Mason asked as a slight blush rose to my cheeks. "Y-yeah," I stuttered nervously. "You guys going out later??" I nodded.

"Awesome, where are you guys going??"

"I'm not sure, I never asked."

"When are you guys going??"

"7:00."

He checked his phone. "It's 5:00, come on we need to get you ready." Mason grabbed my arm and pulled me. He walked into my walk-in closet. I didn't follow in behind him. He came back and handed me a pair of skinny jeans, a bluish green crop top, and a vest. "Go take a shower, and put those on." I nodded, and walked to the washroom. I took a shower, and slipped my clothes on. When I walked out, Mason just stared at me dumbfounded. He smiled, and pulled me over. He sat me down, and pulled out a curling iron. What the...he should stop going through my shit.

Mason had just finished curling my hair. Mason turned me towards him, and he looked at my face. "Put on a bit of blush, and lip gloss." I crossed my arms over my chest, "never, I don't wear makeup." He glared at me, "it was never your choice to begin with." I scolded him, but did what he told me anyways. Mason walked over to me, and gave me my green pair of converse, "put them on." I obeyed, and slipped them on my feet. I never saw the day that I would let Mason help me with a date. When I turned around, and saw my reflection in the mirror, I was stunned. My god, Mason made me look awesome. Mason saw my reaction, and I saw a smirk crawl up his lips. "Thank you, Mason." I grinned at my reflection. Mason's smirk turned into a genuine smile, "don't mention it."

The doorbell rang, "stay here, I'll go get it." I nodded at Mason, and he left to get the door. After like two minutes, Mason called my name. I ran down the stair steps, and when I saw Joey, I froze in my spot. He was wearing a pair of shorts, and a t-shirt, with a beanie. His hands were shoved into his short pockets. I bite my bottom lip. Joey was standing in front of me, and Mason was long gone. "Um, w-where'd Mason go??"

"He left right after he laughed at your reaction." I bit the inside of my cheek as my cheeks turned crimson. "Do you have a beanie??" I looked up at Joey, and nodded. He led me upstairs to my room, and went through my things. Omg! Do they NOT know how to ask for permission. He pulled out a beanie that matches my outfit, and he placed it on my head. His warm hand grabbed my own hand. He took me downstairs, and outside the house. There were two longboards leaning against the side of my house.

Joey got on his longboard, and I got on the other one. "Follow me," he said. He started long-boarding away from me. I followed behind him, and it was awesome. The wind was blowing my curly hair back. It was a refreshing feeling. We stopped in front of a cinema. The line to buy the tickets wasn't too long, and soon we had two tickets for Evil Dead. Joey and I both love horror movies, so we decided to watch it. We bought popcorn, pop, skittles, and mike and Ike.

We handed the lady our movie tickets and walked into the sitting area. There was barely anyone. We sat in the middle seats because we all know those are the best seats while watching a movie at the cinema.

"Holy cow, that movie was," I thought about the right word to describe the movie. "Vicious? Yes, vicious seems like the right word." Joey chuckled at my comment, "I think that movie was intense." I nodded my head in agreement as we walked side by side out of the cinema. We fell into a comfortable silence. My thoughts went back to our little date. Nothing really happened, we held hands, laughed at the way the movie ended, and ate our delicious snacks. We put our longboards on the ground and began long boarding to my house.

When we arrived at my door step, Joey held my hands in his. "I had a wonderful time today, Rose. Thank you." A slight blush crawled up my cheeks, "don't mention it, I had a great time as well. I hope we can repeat this another time." He smiled genuinely, "well, hmm, let's see. Want to go out tomorrow after my brother is done training you??"

"Yes, definitely." Catching him by surprise, I pecked his cheek and quickly snuck inside my house with a wide grin plastered on my face. I didn't even bother to give him the longboard back.
