Chapter 42: It's A 1D Shrine...

Lou's POV:

"Management said you could be the opening act for us on tour!!" I smiled, excited to finally tell her. She stared at me, her eyebrows coming together and her nose scrunching up, her adorable confused face.

"Repeat?" She whispered, barely moving her lips.

"You're gonna be the opening act for the Up All Night Tour?..." I half-asked. I wasn't sure if she was happy or not anymore... I felt the hand I was holding stiffen, her body going frigid. She was basically frozen. I honestly didn't even know what to do... What type of reaction was that? I couldn't even tell if I should be smiling or apologizing right now, she wasn't showing any emotion... Ugh.

I picked her up, as she still didn't respond, and brought her downstairs, setting her on the couch next to Zayn.

"Wow, mate, what'd you do to her, freeze her? I mean, that's kinda rude and all, but first, why the hell didn't ya tell me that you had super powers? I thought that after knowing each other for two and a half years, you might tell me." He said, completely serious.

I slapped him, laughing."You're an idiot. And two and a half years? What the hell mate? Did I know you subconsiously for a year, and then meet you in person?... We've only known each other for about a year and a half, less than that, actually..."

"Dates, who needs 'em, right? Year and a half, two years and a half, one in the same.... Anywaysssss, what's wrong with 'er? I don't think she's even blinking anymore... HOLLY HELL, WORLD, ELIZA'S DEAD!" He screamed.

I laughed, knowing that she was just shocked. But in the matter of seconds, three boys sprinted into the room, Niall slipping in his socks, and falling into Liam and Harry. They stayed in a pile on the ground. "Is Eliza okay?!" Liam asked.

"Yeah, I think so." I said.

"Alright then..." Harry smiled evilly at Niall. Niall face turned to fear as he tried to get up, and Harry and Liam attacked him.

"I DIDN'T MEAN TO FALL INTO YOU! IT WAS AN ACCIDENT!!!" Niall screamed, and Eliza laughed next to me.

I turned to her, 'YOU'RE ALIVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!" I screamed. She smiled.

Eliza's POV

"You really thought I would be able to sing?" I asked, and his face fell completely.

"Oh... well if you don't want to, you don't have to... I just knew you wanted a job and liked to sing, and that way we could be together... I'm sorry, I should have asked you first. How stupid of me to try to surprise you with such a big deal. I can ask Management to find someone else. I just-"

I kissed him lightly, shutting him up. "Was.. was that why you were gone?" I whispered. He nodded. "I don't know Lou... I don't have that great of a voice... I don't think they'll like me... They'll just think I got the job because I am your girlfriend... Which, I mean, IS why I got the job, but... I just don't know, Lou..."

"They'll love you! How can they not?!" The boys all freaked out and I smiled. I looked to Louis, his eyes glowing with excitement, happiness, and honesty. I didn't get it, he seemed so convinced I'd be amazing. For one of the first times, I went against all rational thoughts and agreed. If Louis belived in me, I would be fine. He hadn't ever steered me wrong before...

"So what am I supposed to sing?" I asked innocently.

"I know you don't want to do it. I get it, you don't have to. Just please consider it an- Wait, what? Do you mean you'll do it?!" Louis asked, and I laughed, nodding. Immediatly I was attacked by five boys all trying to give me a koala hug, taking me down to the floor.
