"Sure," I said without hesitating, how hard could it be?
Prince, the rock star had just flown into town for his latest multi-million dollar concert, billed as the final time he will sing his hit song, Reign's Rain! My name is Alex. I am young, I just turned twenty. I recently got this part time job as a maid at the Waldorf Astoria, I am actually in college hoping to get my degree in music. I wondered what it was about this guy. His room was cleaned before he got settled. Why were the other maids so hesitant to clean his room?
I picked up my feather duster in hand and headed towards his room through the hallway then up the spiral stairs. As I walked up. A terribly handsome, baby smooth complexioned and impeccably dressed man in an immaculately tailored dark black suit with a white unbuttoned collared shirt walked down the stairs in the opposite direction. He is 5ft 3in, walking delicately down the stairs as though his black suede heels were made for taking charge of the world!
His hair perfectly cut smooth down to his shoulders. He also had on dark glasses. He glanced in my direction without saying a word. I felt my heart skip for some reason. Could he be the one, the billionaire rock star?
