The ladies in the room, moved quickly to cover themselves up! "What is going on here?" I shrieked, staring at the chaos.
Athena Listen," Prince, began speaking, his slender fingers on my arm.
I turned around to face him; then I paused for a moment taking it all in.
"What is going on?" I said finally finding my voice.
Prince shrugged and started explaining:
"Listen, babe; nothing is going on. They are just members of my New girl group there's nothing more to this I promise you."
My chest heaved up and down; my heart began beating fast. Unable to comprehend why there are half dressed women on my husband's bed.
"Hi so glad to meet you!" One of the ladies said trying to shake my hand. I refused and walked out the room with Prince in tow.
"Athena, wait!"
"I want to know why they are in our bedroom with barely any clothes on!" I yelled. "I give up this is too much for me!"
Prince stares at me and quietly starts speaking: "It's not what you think, I am always in the studio, so I let them stay here that's all. Baby, it's not what you think!"
To be quite honest, I didn't know what to think. I got confused when one of the ladies grabbed a shirt to cover her breast. She said: "Hi, I'm with the band; sorry we were not expecting you. "
I shot her a dark stare that said: "if you don't get right out of my face there's going to be problems."
She got the message and quickly stepped back.
Unable to hold back any longer, I screamed: "Everyone! Out of my bedroom."
That's the moment; I heard them snicker and laugh. I frowned.
They shot Prince a look, he looked back at the ladies, folded his hands and said: "Go!"
And with that they grudgingly left, now we were alone; I was furious and upset. Whether the girls were telling the truth or not, it didn't matter. I picked up an old vase and let it drop to the floor. It shattered into tiny little pieces, as though it were my heart breaking to pieces.

Prince who had never seen me react this way, stood still. He glanced at the shattered glass on the floor and shook his head. He was about to say something, but I made the decision, I did not want to hear it. A part of me said just go, leave and take your baby with you. That's what I did. I turned around and walked away.
"Wait, Athena," I heard Prince call out to me. But I kept walking straight into the atrium. People began to stare, it's crazy, but honestly, Paisley never closes!
I took a step back and said: "nice to see everybody is having a fun time, excuse me."
