I decided to ignore the knock on the door. I wondered how whoever she was at the door could knock so loudly considering the door is made of glass.
"Prince Prince it is bluCarmen. I can't keep on waiting for you. Prince?"
"Prince open up it is bluCarmen darling!"
BluCarmen? The BluCarmen? His protege? I read she was out of the picture. What is she doing here?
"The party already began darling; we are waiting. I have your favorite red lingerie on with my red six-inch pumps just as you requested. Come on darling do not keep us waiting."
Ths place is turning into the twilight zone; I wanted to say something. "Go away" I muttered quietly.
"Prince Darling, I hope Annabelle is not in there! Can I come play with you?"
What in the world is going on?
I remained silent until BluCarmen finally got the picture, stomped her frustrated heels onto the ground and walked away.
There peace! I said to myself, that is when I realized my cell phone was turned off all this while. I turned it back on; worried Jessica might be trying to reach me to no avail. Sure enough, I had 40 missed calls from her.
I quickly dialed her number.
"Hi Jess"
"Oh my God! Alex, I have been worried sick about you. Are you okay? You missed the doctor's appointment. Where are you ?"
"I am fine; I am over at Prince's " I began. Jessica cut my words short as she screamed in delight.
"Wow, girl! Are you getting it on with Princey Hmm the electric man! Did you tell him about the maybe, baby?"
"It is not maybe baby; he or she is our confirmed baby!"
Jessica screamed: "Confirmed? By who?"
"Prince's doctor,"I said getting irritated. Why did it matter to Jessica? I am more concerned about the web I am entangled in right now than answering her questions.
"Wo-wee! A girl so what are you going to do now? Tell me more! Did you let him know, it is his baby?"
"I don't know what I am going to do, get some sleep maybe? Listen I am fine okay I will call soon." I reply obviously avoiding the question about Prince.
"Hey heard Prince told the boss you quit, and you are going to be a star, girl quick question what do I tell Ethan, he has been asking a lot about you! Ran into him the other day oh."
"Tell him what you want to or say nothing. That is up to you."I shout back. Enough!
"Calm down Alex it is not safe for the baby. Just call me when you get back in town okay?" With those words, she hung up the phone.
I took in a deep breath and exhaled. I began to wonder what is going to happen tonight . Is there a party, how does Prince do it.?Does he sleep? What happens when the part is over? I strumbled out of the bed and decided to wait. And wait.
I glanced at the time, Prince had been gone for over three hours now.
Maybe I should check on him?
No the last thing I want to happen is to run into BluCarmen or Annabelle. Thanks but no thanks! So I waited until the room door opened and in walked Prince holding a nice custom made, slinky red dress and red pumps.
"Did you have a good rest my darling?" Prince asked looking upbeat for someone who has not had a good nights rest. "Come let me dress you up; I have a surprise for you!" He said as his hazel colored eyes lightened up. I could tell he was happy but what is the surprise? I took off the robe, and Prince proceeded to dress me up. Red pumps, check slinky gown check. Hair. Check.
"The final touch," I heard him say, "your eyeliner."

And with that, I became a queen fit for my king. I blushed, feeling somewhat embarrassed, I wanted to ask about Blucarmen and Annabelle, but I couldn't possibly ruin this moment besides they do not exist in my eyes and hopefully in Prince's eyes today.
Once I was done getting dressed, he took my hand in his.
"We are are going to the sound stage, I have a party tonight, but before we go, I have a special surprise for you."
He said as we walked towards another building.
No one said a word and none of his employees looked directly at him. We walked into this room, and there on the mini stage stood his all-female band. Ready to play some of his unheard songs.
Prince got onstage with them and said: "Ladies are you ready? One two three go!"

Tears welled up in my eyes as I stood there, watching him sing about our baby.
The band was blissfully unaware or at least they pretended to be unaware of the fact that he was singing about the baby in me.
He finished the setlist off by singing a cover of the song he had written for me.

They all smiled politely but deep down inside I wondered if they have heard that line before. But no one said a word.
I ran into Prince's rock solid arms and gave him a hug, When all of a sudden, in walks Jill wearing a purple lingerie and tights, with pearls around her neck.
"There you are darling; I thought she already left. What is going on here? Did the party already begin?"
Behind her stood her Annabelle wearing just a black lingerie. Oh no Jill better not be starting something! What party? And why are they dressed that way? What kind of party is it going to be?
