Chicago Fire Oneshots

Run in

 Inspired my said image above 2 different ideas came off this one and after about 10 minutes I've decided I'm going to write both.

Damn paps! I'm just running what's so interesting about that? I thought to myself as I ran though the streets of Chicago. Ever since the media caught wind of my new tv series they haven't left me alone which of course drop my ex crazy and she left. I can't wait to start training before filming the script I've read of the pilot was really cool and I already know a few of the actors signed on too. Including Sophia Bush! 

Stupid monolog making me loose concentration and crash into another runner.

"Holy crap! I am so sorry. Running distracted not a good idea!" I said grabbing a hold of the lady so she wouldn't go crushing the floor. She laughed pushing her fringe behind her ear. She looked up at me and smiled and I think my heart skipped a beat

"That's alright" she said looking down for a second before looking back up at me and smiled shyly

"I was doing the same thing" She added as I laughed looking at her she looked familiar

"Are you Monica?" I asked her, her smile dropped and she stood up straight

"Yes and what's it to you?" She asked annoyed and full of sass as I laughed again

"Relax. Jesse Spencer. I'll be playing Matthew Casey" I told her as she looked at me again

"Monica Raymund" she said as we shook hands

"Did you want to maybe head over to that coffee shop and grab something to drink?" I asked her

"Sure, and maybe lose these guys" She said nodding over her shoulder as I nodded.

Turns out Monica's pretty cool and we have a lot in common including her latest ex dumping her after the pick up of paps following her when media caught wind of Chicago Fire. We're both excited for filming to start but more than that, I think I'm falling for her.

"So where about are you staying?" She asked me as we walked out

"Hotel at the moment, moving into an apartment during filming time though. I'm kinda tempted to buy a house out here" I told her as she looked at me

"Apartment?" She asked confused as I laughed

"flat. Take the boy out of Australia but you can't take Australia out of the boy" I said laughing

"so i guess we'll be doing a lot of laughing?" she asked me as I stopped and looked at her

"yeah at me!" I said to her as she laughed 

"I'm right here" I said stopping out side of my hotel 

"Well that's funny cause so I am" She said as we walked in

"What floor?" I asked her

"10" She replied

"Ooooh 12" I said to her

"Oh yeah the view better up there?" She asked me smirking as we stepped in. I pressed the button for my floor 

"How about we find out?" I asked her as she nodded
