Weapons and Secret Trees

Melanie's P.O.V

I opened my eyes and looked out of the window. The sun was still not up. I looked over at the decorations Katie left is and she seemed to know exactly what we liked. I saw some curtains that had a pattern of blueish, greenish, swirls. I put the curtains up being careful not to wake Shelby and looked back into the box. I will decorate later. I walk out of the room and over too the bathroom. I see five brushes and four combs. Each brush is colored by the persons power. So plants is green and air is a grayish, whitish. I see a blue brush and I lock the door. I grab the brush and pull my hoodie down to brush my hair. My hair is all the way down to my stomach, I might need to cut it soon. When I get done brushing hair I clean the brush, pull up my hoodie, and walk to the kitchen. I see Katie fixing breakfast and I decide to help. When she sees me she sighs. "I'm only used to cooking breakfast for myself. Thank you for deciding to help." I grab a pan and put some pancake mix in. A few minutes later we have all of the pancakes down and I am focusing on a glass of water. Katie said that we could summon weapons yesterday. I imagine a double bladed sword with a hilt in the middle. You could press a small button in the middle and it would separate. When I put my hand in the water I grabbed onto something. I pulled it out and it was the sword. "Blue you can already summon the melee weapon!" Melee weapon, so there is a ranges weapon. I was looking at the sword and I saw Shelby walk down the stairs. She gasped when she saw the sword. "That is so awesome Blue! How do you do that!" Im thinking about about talking to her. If I don't she will soon still find out soon enough. I decide to paint a picture. I throw some water into the air.

There is a cup of water and me. I have a thought bubble next to my head that shows the sword. The water person reaches in the cup and pulls out a sword.

"So you think about the weapon and it will appear in your hand?" She asks me. I nod. I see her deep in thought and I see a vine wrap around her arm. When her arm is completely encased the vines unwrap very quickly and I see a green cutlass in her hand. She squeals in delight and I throw a shard of water at her. She was surprised and sliced it right out of the air. I heard Ross walk down the stairs and he saw Shelby swinging a green cutlass around."What the heck!" He yelled. Sky ran down along with Max. Aphmau came down slowly with Lizzy on her heels. Sky stopped short when he saw the blue double bladed sword and so did Max. Aphmau stood there speechless looking at Shelby and her sword while Lizzy was admiring the sword. "OK everyone sit down. We will all teach you how to summon weapons after breakfast. We all had some pancakes and went outside. "Let me summon my weapon." Katie said. She held her hand in the air and I saw a normal sword form in her hands. "Cool!" Sky said. "How do you do that?" Max asks confused. "Let Blue explain." Katie said. I painted the same picture but added in a few details I forgot.

There was a cup of water on the table and a hooded girl next to it. The thought bubble next to her showed her thinking about a very cool sword and then reaching into the water. When she felt her fingers brush past something she grabbed it and letter it up. Her hand being completely dry she held a sword made of water.

"so you imagine the weapon and then it should appear into your hand?" Ross asks. I nod and I see him go deep into thought. I saw rocks shaking underneath him and the hilt of a sword poke out of the ground. When he lifted it up it turned out to be a Katana He swung it around and summons stone to rise out of the ground. The stone shapes itself into a training dummy and he practices on that. Aphmau shot ice into the air and when it came back down it was in the shape of a broadsword. She summoned an ice training dummy and trained using her sword on it. Lizzy held her hand up and I saw some weird particle things shooting into her hand to create a sharp curved dagger. She practiced slashing that into the air. Max made fire in his hand and it morphed into a Gladius Sword. Fire formed around him and he slashed the fire Sky lifted his hand into the air and a rapier sword formed. He practiced by slashing it into the air. I stopped looking at everyone and practiced on water training dummys. It was easy fighting and I dicede to try out some new tactics other then just slashing the sword. I grab the hilt with both hands and start twirling it like a baton. I did not realize it but my dummy's had swords now. I saw a glimpse of someone in the forest and that dragged my attention away from the dummy's for a second. That gave the closest one just enough time to slash at me. It did not make a mark but it felt like my arm was ripped from its socket. I did the one thing my brain went to when I felt the pain. I screamed. I screamed loud enough for people to hear my voice. I let people hear my voice. I saw everyone turn around to look and see where the scream was coming from and they didn't look at me. No one looked at me until I felt another searing pain. I screamed again. Shelby, Katie, Aphmau, and Lizzy all rushed over close to me while the boys took out the dummy's. "What happened!" Katie asks concerned. They have already heard my voice might as well talk. "I saw a figure in the woods and a dummy slashed me" I said in pain. They all looked at me like I was an alien. The girl who never talks just talked. "This is Tiffany's fault. She made the dummy's grow swords." I was still in pain while Lizzy was looking in her book. "Healing Spell" she read aloud. "Can cure physical pain and magical pain." "Perfect!" Lizzy used the spell and I felt the pain go away. "You need to show me where the symbol you saw was" Katie said urgently. "Follow me" I said. Everyone followed me and I walked out near the rim of the forest and saw the tree that I normally sleep in. I look to the left of that tree and see a small sapling. I go over to the sapling and touch the sapling. The sapling grows into a normal tree like magic and I point to the symbol near the bottom. She smiled. "This is the base of a force called The Scavengers. They called themselves that since they scavenged what remained of the first eight and now they are all working with people who want to stop Tiffany." She explained. We walk in and the first thing I see is a person with one blue eye, one white eye, and brown hair. I also see a person with blond hair and green eyes. The brown haired dude reminds me of the Drake person from Tiffany's base. "Welcome back to The Scavengers, Katie"
