Hack #1

So, you wake up to your alarm blaring in your ear. You're not used to it, you know because it was summer, and you could sleep till 12 if you wanted to. But, there school today, UGG.

So, here's a cool tip for the girls out here. If you stay up till 12 day before school starts, and you wake up with bags under your eyes, would you rather cover it up with a bunch of make up or get rid of them naturally? Well, here's a little trick for you guys.

The night before, if you take two spoons and you put them in the fridge, overnight they'll get chilled, and in the morning you can take them out put them right on your eyes and they will remove the bags almost immediately, plus it also removes swelling, and it feels pretty good.

Hack #2

If you're running late, and you had no time to do your hair what so ever, the easiest thing to do is always a ponytail. Whether you have long hair, or short hair, there's a way to make your hair look more full, and even longer with just two ponytails.

All you need to do is to separate your hair into two equal parts. Put one of the top of your head, and keep the other one down at your neck. Take the hair that you kept near neck, and put it in a low ponytail, but not so low that it touches your shoulders. The next thing you'll do is about an inch above the first ponytail you put the hair that you put on the top of your head into another ponytail and it will create the illusion of having super long hair, and it'll make you look like you took a lot of time to make your hair look fabulous.

Hack #3

Allegedly, there's a thing you can do in the morning to help get rid of acne. It's actually kind of easy to do, and there's only a few things you need to do it.

The first thing you need is honey, it basically holds everything else together and it's also a great beneficial for your face because the natural sugars and it just softens your skin.

The next thing you'll need will be cinnamon. Mix the two together in a Tupperware, or something that you'll be able to keep it in. If you wash your face with this, it exfoliates, softens your skin and also helps rid your face of acne.

Hack #4

If you want to get rid of that sunburn really fast before you have an important thing coming up, all you need is aloe. You can buy the actual plant at any florist shop.

So after you get the aloe vera plant, all you have to do is break off one of the arms that extends from the dirt, and take out the goopy inside part and rub it on your face or wherever you've been burnt.

It may smell bad, but it's actually pretty beneficial for your skin.

Hack #5

Are your teeth yellow? Well, here's a really easy way to whiten them up. All you need is your household baking soda. If you put some baking soda mixed with water in a bowl, it congeals up. Then you can scoop some onto your toothbrush, brush your teeth with the concoction, and then brushing teeth again with your normal every day toothpaste.

It's a healthy alternative to the expensive, and teeth harming products you can buy at the store. And you should be able to notice the difference in just a couple of days.

Hack #6

Nails. It's all about those nails. What do you do if you want to make your nails look nice, but you don't have the time to wipe off the leftover polish that's leftover on the sides of your fingers?

That's easy. All you need is either VapoRub, or Vaseline. If you take a Q-tip and apply it to the area around your nails before coating nail polish or any other acrylic, it will ensure a quick and easy way to just wipe off the extra nail polish. Leaving you with moisturized, soft healthy nails.

Hack #7

So back to school? That means gym. It means running the mile every month, but is there a better way to prepare your body, so that you don't stress yourself out more than you have to?

Of course there is! All you have to do is drink at least two water bottles a day two days before you have to run the mile. Make sure that you eat healthy foods, such as salads, chicken, fish and anything high in protein.

Another thing you should always do, is get plenty of rest so that your body is prepared for the day. This is something that I would also suggest that you do before really stressful tests such as the SATs or the PSAT.

So, that's it for now. Next chapter, will be all for the guys. It'll be a collaboration with my close friend Dimitri, who give you all tips and advice on how to survive school being a guy.

With love,

M
