Hi guys, tonight's edition is a bunch of random tricks, tips and advice I have had for a while! Without further-a-do here we go!! Also sorry this took so long 😂

Tip One-

Do you ever wake up in the morning and just feel like complete crap? Like you've slept the whole night, and ate a good dinner, drank a ton of water but somehow you still feel crappy? Well, this can be attributed to insomnia! Believe it or not, insomnia isn't a lifelong disorder for most. Many people in the world experience it based upon some certain triggers

Here are a few things that can cause insomnia;

-Stress/nerves: it can push your body into fight or flight mode making you unbearably exhausted during the day, and wide awake during the night. One way you can try to rid yourself of said insomnia is by writing or talking about your feelings. This is thought to reduce the amount of stress because you share your feelings with someone but yourself.

-Malnutrition: it's recommended you eat plenty of veggies, fruits, protein and healthy fats. The lack of even one small thing can lead to your brain failing to function properly. The best thing to do in this case is to eat healthy!

There are many other causes, such as medically induced/caused insomnia, stress, and even the plain and simple reason that you're just tired!

You can attempt to get a good nights sleep by eating healthy, exercising regularly/often, and taking care of your mental health!

Tip numero dos-

If you're like me then sleep is the best thing on earth. The mere fact that you can lay on soft blankets and be totally comfy is just amazing! But, when it comes to waking up and actually getting out of bed I find myself lazy, hangry and really unprepared to do anything.

One way I combat this hanger is by setting my alarm 15 minutes before I actually have to wake up. This way I have time to check my phone, watch the news and do whatever I want before the day actually starts. I also like to make sure I'm ready to leave 15-20 minutes before I actually have to go. It gives you a chance to rest before you go to work/school or any other daytime activity.

Another thing I do is have water on my nightstand. Believe it or not water is actually a great stimulant, so drinking a few sips will wake you up, if you decide to get up!!

Another thing I do to fight my hanger is eating a good breakfast. My usual breakfast is either oatmeal, or bran cereal with strawberries or other fruit and a mug of tea. Sometimes I have toast, or a cheese stick when I'm really in a rush.

Tip 3-

Are your news shoes too tight??

Take some socks or a tee shirt and shove it into your shoe. Then, take a blow drier and aim the air onto your sneaker. This heat mixed with the stretching of the fabric should help make space for your foot.

Another way you can do this is by putting on a pair of really thick socks, sticking your feet into the sneaks and blowing the hair drier onto them.

Tip 4-

Do your shoes stink?

Mix water and baking soda! Then take a toothbrush and scrub the mixture into the fabric on the outside of the shoes. Once all the fabric is covered, set them into the sun to dry.

Once dried, the baking soda should be able to be brushed off, taking the stink with it!!

Another thing you can consider trying is throwing them into the wash. Add warm water, baking soda and fabric soap (vinegar is optional) and let it run its cycle. Once done, set them outside in the sun and let them dry.

Thanks for reading! How would you guys like a "What's in my backpack?" Chapter!? I'm thinking about doing that next!! Stay tuned, and don't forget to vote and comment!!! Comment what things you'd like to see in a chapter!!

Cheerio,
