"Why don't you just tell them?" Souda asked.
"I just..." Hajime sighed in defeat.
"Hinata-kun. You can't just let your feelings sit around forever. You have to tell them." Nagito grabbed his shoulders and shook him. "How about you text them?"
"Text them what?" Hajime asked.
"I don't know! Ask them to study or something." Souda said.
Hajime invited Komaeda and Souda over to help him deal with his problem, confessing to (Y/n).
He was gonna invite Fuyuhiko too, but he decided against it.
"Y'know what man? If you're not going to do it, then I will." Souda took Hajime's phone.
"N-No! Souda don't...!" Hajime grabbed his phone back.
"Already done." Souda smiled with pride all over his face.

"D-Damn it, Souda..."
"C'mon, Hajime!" He grabbed Hajime's shoulder. "You should be grateful."
"Hey, Kazuichi-kun? Can I have the phone for a minute?" Nagito asked.
"Sure."
"Thank you Kazuichi-kun. I'm honored that you both would let trash like me-"
"Shut the hell up and do what you have to do." Souda glared at Nagito.

"They texted back!" Souda screamed. "Look!"

"There. Are you happy?" Hajime asked the two boys.
"Yes, very." Nagito replied.
"Now, we'll get out of your way, so you can prepare!" Souda and Nagito headed for the door. "Good luck, dude!"
Then there was no one in the house except Hajime.
"Why am I friends with them again...?"

"Aww...they use emoticons. That's adorable." Then he realized the time and started cleaning the house.
~Time skip~
(Y/n) knocked on the door. "Hinata-kun!"
'No...! Not yet! I'm not ready yet!'
"H-Hinata-kun...?"
"A-Ah...! (Y/n)! C-Come in!"
"O-Ok..." (Y/n) whispered.
~Time skip to study time~
"U-Um...Hinata-kun...how do you do this problem?" (Y/n) asked.
Hinata's POV
"Oh. That's an easy one. You multiply these, then divide by 5, then fill in the numbers in this formula."
"Thanks, Hajime! You're a real lifesaver!" They smiled.
'I swear, that smile will be the end of me. They're just...so adorable!"
"Hinata-kun...? Are you ok...?" They tilted their head.
"I-I'm fine, (Y/n)! Nothing to worry about!" I smiled and tried to hide the fact that I was dying inside.
"But you're cheeks are kinda pink. You might have a fever-"
"(Y/n)! C-Could you do this problem for me?" 'Safe.'
"Hinata-kun! I'm not going to do your homework for you!" They sighed.
"N-No...! I just...took the problem and put different numbers in it...!" I tried to force out a laugh. Wasn't working very well.
"Then, it defeats the whole purpose..." I heard them mumble.
Your POV
'Why is he having me solve a problem?! I came over here because I needed help with math! But, it's for Hinata-kun...so it's ok.' I stared at the problem.
'Hmm...9x-7i > 3 (3x-7u)...this one's easy! I don't understand why he needs help with it! But, I guess everyone has different strengths and weaknesses...'
"Ok, Hinata-kun. First you drag the 9x-7i and the > down to the next line. Then you multiply the 3 by the other 3 and the 7. You keep the letters too. Then you cancel out the 9x, so only the -7i, the >, and the -21u are left. Now they're fractions, so you divide by -7 for each of them. And since you're working with a negative, you have to flip the sign. So you end up with...i <3 u...w-wow...w-well played...Hinata-kun..." My face and his turned a light shade of pink. I turned my head over to him.
"Do you really mean it, Hinata-kun...?"
His face got even darker and he nodded.
Hinata's POV (again)
'This is the happiest I've ever seen (Y/n). I guess my plan worked.'
"Forget us making dinner together. Do you wanna get take-out and watch a movie?" I asked.
"That sounds nice, Hina-"
"Call me Hajime."
"Ok. That sounds nice, Hajime." They smirked.
~Time skip to movie~
"Hey...(Y/n)..."
"Yes, Hajime?" They asked.
"Will you be my (gf/bf)?"
"Hajime..." They kissed my nose.
"I thought that was obvious~" They said, smiling.
