"Beth" A voice sings next to me making me groan and turn over
"Beth" the voice says louder this time making me cover my head with my comforter
"Beth" the voice says yanking away my covers
"What?" I groan opening my eyes
"Come on we have to go" Ashley says going to my closet
"Where?" I groan
"I scheduled appointments for us" she says
"For what?" I pout
"It's homecoming day Bethany" she deadpans "We need our nails, feet, hair, and makeup done in time"
"It's only" I start getting my phone "11:00, we have plenty of time"
"Just get out of bed and put this on" she says throwing clothes at me
I get out of bed and starting putting the outfit she picked on. A ombre lace white dress that fades into pink, a brown belt for my waist, a denim jacket and a pair of white vans.

"You look so cute" she squeals when I'm done
"Why do I have to look this put together when it's going to be a waste anyway?" I ask coming out of the bathroom from brushing my teeth
"Because this is one of the few dresses you can still fit and it look hot on you" she says dragging me downstairs
She takes me into the kitchen and hands me an apple and a bottle of water before dragging me out of the house. She unlocks her car and gets in the driver's seat.
"I thought your parents took your keys because of all those speeding tickets?" I ask
"They knew that today was really important to me and gave my keys back" she says
"For how long?" I laugh
"Just for tonight" she frowns
I laugh and turn the radio on. She turns down a few streets before she parks in front of the nail salon. We go in and she tells the clerk she made two appointments for today and they take us in the back. I decide to just get acrylic nails and get them painted white and get a pedicure also painting my toes white. Ashley decides to get acrylics and paint them black with a silver ring finger and a pedicure and get her toes painted the same way.
After spending three hours in the nail salon, we go to a hair salon and tell them we have appointments. They take us in the back and we show them how we want our hair. I get my hair curled with my crown teased and braids going to the back of my head.
