As I start to stir from my sleep I hear some rustling around in my room. When I open my eyes I see Blake buttoning his pants. He clears his throat making my eyes sap to his.
"Like what you see?" He asks smirking
"As matter of fact I do" Biting my lip not hiding the fact that I'm checking his abs out
"Well I have to say I love what I see too" He smirks
I wink at him which makes him walk over to me and kiss me. Before the kiss deepens he pulls away making me pout.
'We can do more of that later cupcake. Right now we need to get ready for the ultrasound" He laughs
I get up and put on a sweater and some black leggings with some brown uggs. Then I go to my dresser and brush my hair as the same time as Liam starts kicking me. Blake comes behind me and wraps his arms around my stomach.
"Wow he's like a soccer player in there" He laughs
"Let's not go assuming things maybe he wants to be a track runner" I laugh
"I'm not!!" He claims
"Whatever let's go see our baby" I laugh as we walk out of the room.
We walk downstairs and out the house to his car. He unlocks the door and opens the door and helps me in.
"I don't need help" I laugh
"I want to help you though" He smirks
I roll my eyes but smile nonetheless. He goes to his side and starts the car before driving off. When we arrive to the clinic we get out and check in and go straight back to the room since it's not busy today. The nurse comes in and takes my vitals and then Dr Hartman comes in.
"Hello" She smiles "Is it just you two today?"
"Yes" Blake says
"Ok well your vitals look good so I'm not too concerned with that. You've gained a pretty good amount of weight and you're at the place where you should be so you're perfectly healthy. Has there been any movement?"
"Everyday and it's getting stronger" I smile
"That's great. Do you know what contractions feel like?" She asks
"Isn't it just a sharp pain that lasts for a period of time?" I ask
"Yes. So you may feel some but at this stage it's normal and we call that Braxton hicks and they are completely normal but if they last for more than 20 seconds and seem to get closer together I would contact us immediately. If you feel like anything is wrong you can always call and ask and I'll tell you if it's serious or not" She says "So are you ready to start?"
"Yes" I smile
"Ok lie back and lift up your sweater" She says as she goes to turn off the light.
She sets up the equipment and then squirts the blue cold gel on my bump. She takes the scanner and presses it to my stomach and moves the gel around. She presses a few buttons and then the sound of Lia's heartbeat fills the room. I smile at the picture of the screen and take Blake's hand into mine.

"The baby is beginning to gain some weight and is officially viable this week, meaning that if you gave birth this week baby has some chance of making it with the help of modern technology. Taste buds form and lungs continue to develop as baby practices breathing. Lines on the palm develop and rapid eye movement (REM) begins to occur during sleep. Baby measures approximately 11.8 inches (30 cm) and weighs 1.3 pounds (600 grams) this week." She says "I'll be right back with your pictures"
She leaves the room and Blake kisses my forehead as I wipe off the gel. I smile up at him in appreciation.
"He's getting so big" I sigh
"I know I can't wait to meet him" He smiles
"Neither can I. Partly just because I want my body back but the bigger part just wants to hold him close to me" I smile
"You're going to be a great mom" He smiles
"And you're going to be an amazing father" I smile
There's a knock on the door and Dr Hartman walks in.
"So here's your things" She says handing me the things I need "Have you decided on a name yet?"
"Yes it's going to be Liam" I smile
"Awe that's a cute name" She says
"Thank you" Blake says
"No problem you guys are free to go have a nice day" She says opening the door for us
"Thank you" I smile
As we reach Blake's car he takes my hand and stops me.
"I want to take you somewhere" He says
"Ok?" I say
He smiles and unlocks his car. We get in and we start driving towards home. When we get about 10 minutes from my house he turns down a street with an apartment complex. He parks his car in front of a complex near a lake. He turns off the engine and gets out with me in tow. He takes my hand and we walk in the door. We go in the elevator and he presses the the button to go to the third floor.
"Where are we?" I ask
"You'll see" He says
We get out of the elevator and he leads me to the second door on the left and takes out a key from his pocket. He opens the door and we go into a empty apartment.
"After I graduate I'm moving in here" He says
"It's a nice place" I smile
"I want you and Liam to move in with me too" He says
"Blake I..I don't know" I say looking down "It's not that I don't want to it's just that I'm 16 I can't move out my mom's house without her permission and Ii'm going to have a baby and I just I'm going to need her help with lot of things"
"I know and I'm not rushing you into anything. I thought we could ease into it. It's a two bedroom and I'm going to turn the second one into a room for Liam and you guys can come stay the weekends. Nothing will change I'm still going to be staying with you for the first few weeks then once you get settled with him and everything is into place you can bring him here and spend the weekend over here" He says
"But are you sure you want that? Everything is going to change after he's here" I say letting a tear slip
"Everything is changing now" He says taking my hands in his "I want to do this and I want to do it with you and our son. We might've started off backwards but I want a life with you and our son. I know things are going to be hard especially when he's born but I never want to lose you and I'm willing to do anything to prove it to you"
"What are you saying?" I ask as he wipes away my tears
"I love you Beth" He says
I let out a sob of happiness and hook my arms around his neck and pull him closer. I push our lips together and pull away after a few seconds.
